Kenyale is the consummate professional. Literally. She has been an animal professional for many years already, so we felt confident in leaving our two boys in her care for a lengthy trip to the city while they stayed in a suburban lodging. We were particularly impressed that when she got the idea that we were a little nervous about it, she and her adult daughter came for a lengthy meet-and-greet the day before. Though that has happened once before, we know not to expect that from every other sitter, and other clients probably shouldn't expect that every time they book this pro family. I was very nervous about getting a pet sitter we didn't know for our dog but she was incredibly reassuring and very patient with Marly (our dog), who can be nervous around strangers.
