“Anna was absolutely fantastic! She checked in on our cat Teddy everyday while we were out of town. She sent the best pictures and was really good at communicating. He is a typical sassy kitty and she was very patient and sweet to him. We will definitely be using her services again!”

About: Hello! My name is Carlee, I’m 26, and I’m offering home visits and dog walking in Arlington Heights and it’s surrounding neighborhoods! I’ve had a passion for wildlife since childhood, and I’ve cared for all sorts of animals from hamsters to horses. I’ve been around dogs of all ages and sizes, but I have the strongest experience with adults/seniors and small dogs. My childhood dog was a mini dachshund who developed dementia and mobility issues in her old age; I was an adult by then and took much care of her. I often pet-sit or do home visits for my family and friends, but this will be my first time using a company like Rover to meet new people and animals! My years of experience reflect my pet-care experience in adulthood. Looking forward to getting to know you and your pets :) I have completely open availability as I’m currently not working. I can come by any day at any time to help care for your pets! I can stop by just to feed your pet and/or let them go potty, take them for a walk, play with and accompany them for a time, or do a combination of these. I can stay with your pet as long as necessary.
“Cho was very patient with my dog who needs extra help getting around. She took her time with my girl and always made sure she had everything she needed before she left after every drop-in. Highly recommend!”
“I can’t say enough good things about my cat sitter! She did drop-ins twice a day for 10 days while I was out of town and took amazing care of my cats. She not only fed them and cleaned the litter boxes, but also made sure my diabetic cat got his insulin on schedule. She always made sure they had fresh water and clean food bowls, and spent time playing with them each visit. She was always on time, very responsive, professional, and kind. I felt completely at ease knowing my cats were in such great hands. I will definitely be hiring her again!”

“Christina is very kind and attentive to my dog Nugget. She did a great job when dropping at my house to let my dog out and feed her. She is reliable and provides great feedback of her visits. Nugget loves her.”

“Jessica did such a wonderful job with our Shephard/Lab mix, Tia! Tia warmed up to her immediately when we did our meet & greet before booking... I could tell I could trust Jessica to take great care of her while we were away. Jessica was prompt in her arrival times for our scheduled drop ins, uploaded photos and notes on her visits in the app so we could see how things were going. I'm so thankful we found someone we can rely on and will definitely be booking Jessica again! Thank you, Jessica!”

About: Currently, I have two cats. I've had a dog, but before that, I primarily had birds (parakeets), lizards (bearded dragons) and frogs (mostly bull frogs). I cat-sit on occassion for a friend and sibling. I also raise Monarch caterpillars in the summer and release the adults. I work full time outside the home but am home in the summer (teacher). I am available weekends and weekday evenings, with sufficient notice of weekday needs. I am usually available Friday evening through Sunday evening. I am looking to do drop-in pet care and dog boarding. I could board a small pet that resides in an enclosure in my home or a dog (or two dogs from the same household). Both my cats are comfortable with dogs but tend to keep to themselves. I have 2 children and 2 cats at home. It’s a one floor house. The yard is nice and big. I don’t have a fence but I do have a longer leash so the dogs can run a bit.

About: I raised Captain, a large Treeing Walker Coonhound until he passed in 2023. There are currently no dogs in the home. I live in a single family home with a large fully fenced in yard. My work hours vary but I am rarely out of the house longer than 3-4 hours. Weekends I am home full time. Weather permitting they will be taken on at least one long walk per day. Dogs have full run of the house and are allowed on furniture. Dogs can run in the fenced in yard but are always supervised when doing so.
