“I would highly recommend Jamie! She recently completed a drop in visit for our dog and cat- during the meet and greet my dog was completely OBSESSED with her and based on the updates I received, his love for Jamie was still strong! Jamie followed instructions and left our home in excellent condition. I would gladly use her services again ☺️”

About: I have had and taken care of my dog since elementary school. I love all animals especially dogs and could spend hours at a time playing with dogs! I have experience taking care of and walking other dogs in the past as well. I am currently home for the summer, because I attend college out of state. I am able to attend to dogs more so in the afternoon rather than the morning , as I have a part time job in the morning! I have a fenced in yard and I am able to crate dogs. I have experience walking and letting out many dogs so I am able to be assertive when necessary.
“Having Jennifer as a cat sitter provided so much peace of mind when I was away. She is very reliable, pays attention to detail, and her updates also provided a lot of information on how my cat was doing.”

About: I have taken care of dogs for over 15 years now. We always have had one dog at a time but love them dearly! We have a fenced backyard safe and clean for the dogs to roam around. If you need walks, let us know the schedule. We also rescued a puppy in Dec 2025 after our previous dog of 6 years passed away (from cancer). We have gated areas to keep pups apart for their alone time and get together for playtime! I am currently at home full time so I’m very flexible with hours and routine. I will work around the schedules to meet your dog’s needs. I have a FENCED backyard and our backyard is regularly cleaned. We have a gated area in the home to keep the dogs separate for their “me time” if needed. We also never let our dog upstairs or in the basement so if yours needs to sleep in the bed, we can’t do that. We also don’t let dogs on our couches. We love our furry family members and they should have their own furniture:) We have an XL crate if you prefer we can use it for your dog. We have several safe toys for the dogs but let me know if your pup has a tendency to get into things. We will always keep an eye out! We also have pet safe indoor plants throughout the home. If your dog has a habit of digging into pots, please let me know.
About: I’m your go-to when pet-care of all kinds is needed. I’m an animal lover at heart. I can accommodate special needs or medical needs with proper instruction, as well as dogs that require high levels of physical activity. I have cared for birds, fish, tortoises, cats, and dogs. I also have my own French Bulldog that is a mix of chill and playful and loves the company of other animals - cats and dogs alike. I work from home, so your dog can have as much attention as they need. Between my work schedule and the freedom and flexibility I have in my life right now, I am able to accommodate longer bookings, if and when needed. I am child-free and work from home, so your pet will lots of attention and affection. I work full time and am most active with my own dog in the morning before I start work around 9:30am and then, again, when I get done with work around 6pm. While working from home allows for plenty of excuses to get outside and opportunities for play breaks. Weekends are a balance of snuggling with my dog while bingeing on a good show and enjoying all the dog friendly outdoor spaces the area has to offer us. We can adjust our activity levels, as needed, in order to settle into a routine thats right for your pets. Dogs are always on leash with me on walks unless we’re at an off leash dog park, which would require your permission. I am a pets-are-family kind of gal, so your pets will be treated as such while they’re in my care. I live in a dog-friendly apartment complex with a fenced in courtyard that provides great opportunities for sniffs, playtime, and outdoor lounging. I know it’s hard to be away from your fur baby, and I’m happy to send plenty of photo pupdates if you’d like.
“Rebekah has come to the rescue with short notice and during a holiday for me. I was fully expecting her not to be available but she was and I’m very grateful for that. She does an awesome job taking care of my 4 legged family when away. Definitely a return customer.”

About: Peace of Mind While You’re Away Hi, I’m Maggie! As a local, mom and business owner, as well a life long animal lover and pet owner, I bring a level of professional maturity, structural stability, and specialized experience that gives families total peace of mind. I proudly serve pet parents across Rolling Meadows, Arlington Heights, Mount Prospect, Schaumburg and surrounding areas. With a flexible daily schedule, I offer the true consistency and reliable availability your dogs need to maintain a seamless, predictable routine. My Background & Specializations: * Multi-Pet Households: Highly experienced in managing multi-pet dynamics, complex feeding routines, and individual medication schedules. * Sensitivities & Anxiety: Specialized in providing structured, calm care for dogs with environmental anxieties, sound phobias, or strict behavioral routines. My core focus is primarily on high-quality daytime drop-ins and daily walks, though I do consider overnight house-sitting selectively on a case-by-case basis for compatible homes. Service Breakdown: * DROP-INS (30 Minutes): Perfect for a mid-day refresh! Every drop-in includes a 10–15 minute neighborhood stroll or backyard playtime for physical relief and mental stimulation, alongside a fresh food/water top-off, medication administration, and indoor companionship. The Rover Report: You'll receive a detailed Rover Card showing exact arrival/departure times, photos, and a complete potty/behavior update. * WALKS (30 Minutes): Dedicated entirely to continuous, focused outdoor exercise—ideal for active dogs or homes without a yard. Includes a full, structured walk tailored to your dog's natural pace and a food/water refresh upon return. The Rover Report: The app provides a GPS map of our exact route, distance covered, timestamps, photos, and a quick potty report. Important Heat Safety Note: To keep your pups safe, when the heat index rises above 90°F, outdoor walks will be shortened to quick potty breaks to protect paws and prevent heat stroke. The remaining time booked will be spent indoors doing fun brain games, low-energy play, or getting plenty of belly rubs and fresh water! * HOUSE SITTING (Overnights): A premium, dedicated care experience designed to keep your pup's stress low in their own familiar environment. Includes complete adherence to their established routine, basic home care (watering plants, rotating trash/mail), and consistent communication with daily photos. To guarantee the highest level of safety and focused attention, I only accept ONE house-sitting client at a time and book exclusively based on household compatibility. As a self-employed professional, my schedule is flexible, allowing me to provide reliable, personalized pet care tailored to your families and their furry friend's needs. How I care for pets in your home: Because I provide care exclusively in your home and neighborhood, my top priority is maintaining a secure, predictable, and low-stress environment for your pets. I treat your home with the utmost respect and keep safety at the forefront of every single visit. In Your Home (Drop-Ins & House Sitting): Strict Routine Adherence: I follow your exact instructions regarding feeding, gating, crating, and medication windows to keep your dog's day entirely predictable. Environmental Management: For dogs with anxiety or sensitivity to storms and fireworks, I proactively manage the environment—closing blinds, playing calming background music, and utilizing precise comforting techniques to minimize stress. Home Security & Discretion: I ensure doors are securely locked, alarms are set, and gates are latched during every entry and exit. While house-sitting, I maintain a lived-in presence, bring in mail, and strictly respect your privacy and property. Out on Walks: Double-Check Gear: Before stepping outside, I always verify that collars, harnesses, and leashes are securely fitted and in good condition. Distraction-Free Handling: I maintain full situational awareness on our walks and ensure my eyes are always on your dog, the path ahead, and any oncoming distractions or stray animals. Weather Safety: I actively monitor weather. If pavements are too hot for paws or a storm rolls in, we will seamlessly pivot to structured, energetic indoor play and mental stimulation to keep your pup safe and happy.

About: Currently, I have two cats. I've had a dog, but before that, I primarily had birds (parakeets), lizards (bearded dragons) and frogs (mostly bull frogs). I cat-sit on occassion for a friend and sibling. I also raise Monarch caterpillars in the summer and release the adults. I work full time outside the home but am home in the summer (teacher). I am available weekends and weekday evenings, with sufficient notice of weekday needs. I am usually available Friday evening through Sunday evening. I am looking to do drop-in pet care and dog boarding. I could board a small pet that resides in an enclosure in my home or a dog (or two dogs from the same household). Both my cats are comfortable with dogs but tend to keep to themselves. I have 2 children and 2 cats at home. It’s a one floor house. The yard is nice and big. I don’t have a fence but I do have a longer leash so the dogs can run a bit.
“Absolutely wonderful to work with and did an excellent job caring for my kitties while I was away. Very attentive to their needs and care instructions. Both cats were happy and healthy when I returned home and she made sure to keep in touch with cute check in photos.”

About: For the past 8 years, I have been providing off-and-on sitting, boarding, and walking care for various relatives' dogs. Through caring for family pets, ranging from energetic Boxers to gentle Cockapoos, I have gained extensive, hands-on experience handling different temperaments, routines, and unique canine behaviors. While household allergies mean I am unable to have a full-time dog of my own, opening up my schedule to part-time pet sitting allows me to bring my passion for dogs into my daily life. This setup works beautifully for my clients, as it means your dog receives 100% of my focused attention and care during their time with me, without competing for space with a resident pet. Because I am currently doing pet care full-time, my schedule is highly flexible and open. I am available throughout the day for morning, midday, and evening walks or drop-in visits, seven days a week. This open availability means I can easily accommodate your dog’s specific routine, feeding times, and potty schedule without rush. Whether you need a reliable midday walker while you are at the office, or a flexible sitter for last-minute weekend plans, I am here to provide consistent, dedicated care when you need it most. Safety on Walks & Drop-Ins Safety is my absolute top priority. When walking your dog, I practice active situational awareness—I monitor the environment for triggers like loud traffic, bicycles, or off-leash dogs well before they become an issue. I use a secure, two-handed leash grip and never let your dog off-leash in public spaces. If your dog is sensitive or easily spooked, I am happy to take quieter routes and use positive reinforcement to keep them feeling safe and secure. My Home Environment (For Short-Term Boarding) I live in a clean, smoke-free home with a secure, fully fenced yard where your dog can safely stretch their legs under my direct, 100% supervision. I do not have any resident dogs or cats, meaning your pup will enjoy a peaceful environment without the stress of competing for space. We do share our home with a few securely housed reptiles (a Ball Python, a DeKay's Brown Snake, and two leopard geckos) who live strictly inside their locked enclosures, completely out of reach of guest dogs. Because we manage a saliva allergy in our household, my home is kept exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and structured. We maintain excellent boundaries: guest dogs are kept out of bedrooms and are safely crated during bedtime or if I ever need to step out for a brief moment. Your dog will receive a wonderful balance of structure, safety, and a whole lot of love.

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs and cats since I was a sophomore in high school. I helped bathe, feed, and walk their pets! I absolutely love animals and am passionate about taking care of them. Although I work full time, it is flexible enough to assist families with their daily needs for their pets. I can do evenings/nights for weekdays and mornings/afternoons mostly for weekends. I have just one doggo named Gojo. He is very sweet and loves playing with other dogs! I will always monitor and supervisor play session with my dog for everyone’s safety and never leave them unattended.
