Ida did an awesome job with our two XL dogs, one of which is leery of new people until they get to know someone. She recognized this and let him warm up to her on his terms. Within a couple of days, they were best friends and he acted like to knew her for a long time. She was very confident handling both dogs, gave them loads of attention, and followed through on all of our requests. She went above & beyond keep the house clean and was in communication with us each day. We will definitely use Ida again when we travel, whether it's a day trip or multiple days.

Ida was so great with Mabel and was an excellent communicator with us the entire time. She also was great to host and left our house cleaner than we left it. We will definitely work with Ida again the next time we travel!
