“Deidre, “Mama Dee” was great! She has a loving home that was so welcoming to our 2 year old Golden Doodle Nala! Nala was a bit overwhelmed but only initially as is not with other dogs too often. But Mama Dee and her happy playful dogs Milo and River were able to make Nala feel so much better. We received pictures and updates daily and some extra pics when I would miss Nala and ask how she was. Mama Dee pretty much made ME feel more comfortable and confident leaving Nala for the first time to someone other than family :) We will for sure bring Nala back to Mama Dee and her loving environment for our next vacation! Kyle was our first Rover boarding experience. It was important for us to find an in-home situation where our dog would be the only dog and wouldn’t be alone for extended periods of time. Kyle’s setup was a great fit for us. His work-from-home schedule provided consistency during her stay, and his calm demeanor helped her feel comfortable. At our meet-and-greet, she leaned into Kyle right away, which was a great sign since she can sometimes take a little time to warm up to new people. She seemed comfortable and settled during her stay, which was the most important thing to us. Kyle was responsive when we checked in about how she was doing and sent photo updates from their walks. She was well cared for, and we appreciated knowing she had someone looking after her attentively while we were away. We would certainly rebook with him.
Maggie and her kids were very empathetic to our dog when he was afraid during thunderstorms. She quickly responded to our messages and sent us frequent updates and pictures of our dog. She has a great yard and place for the dogs to run around. She treated Teddy like a family member. Thank you Maggie!
Moose loved his time with Rhondarose! It was clear during our meet & greet that she is very knowledgeable & experienced - we're lucky we found her! She provided loving care, excellent communication with many daily pics, and lots of playtime & snuggles. Moose had a GI issue and she knew exactly how to care for him & keep us updated. Ellie and her husband watched Kody for 5 nights at their house, and this was the first time I'd been away from Kody for more than about a 12 hour stretch. I was pretty anxious about it but Kody was comfortable around them from the very start. Ellie gave me updates once per day and by the second day, Kody seemed to feel at home with her which was a huge weight off my mind. She was also very accommodating of his/our routine and she did everything she could to allow Kody to feel comfortable during his stay with her. I'd book with her again in a heartbeat!
Our 7 year old lab with cancer was well taken care of for 4 days by the husband and wife duo. Me and family were able to relax and enjoy our vacation since we knew Sago was in safe caring hands. Prithvi was also kind enough to send pictures of Sago every day which eased our mind even more. Sago had a fun time with their dog Loki. We highly recommend.
We couldn't have been happier with the care our two Shih Tzus received during their 9-day stay. From the moment we left, we felt completely at ease knowing they were in such good hands. Ekaterina took wonderful care of our cat for over a week. She sent frequent pictures & little videos which showed me Nelly was relaxed and content at her home.
