“Luciana is an absolutely amazing sitter! My pup stayed with her for three weeks, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She and her whole family treated my dog like one of their own, giving her so much love, care, and attention every single day. I truly appreciated the regular updates and the peace of mind knowing my pup was happy and well cared for while I was away. I would trust Luciana with my dog again without hesitation. I highly, highly recommend Luciana to anyone looking for a caring, reliable, and trustworthy sitter. She is simply the best!”

“Our Tucker had a great time at Leigh and Richards. They always take good care of him and keep us updated on how he is doing, as well as sending pics. I would absolutely highly recommend them!!”

“Prithvi cared for Bruno for about a week and the experience exceeded our expectations. From the very beginning, Prithvi was communicative and attentive, keeping us regularly updated with messages and photos that gave us complete peace of mind. It was clear that Bruno was not only well looked after but also genuinely happy and comfortable in her care. I would highly recommend Prithvi to anyone looking for a responsible and compassionate dog boarder. She truly treats your pet like her own.”

“Julia helped us with a last minute weekend stay for our senior dog. She sent daily pictures with updates about how he was doing. She’s had a senior dog herself and was familiar with his medicine and was able to give the pills without a problem. Her home had no stairs, which was perfect for our dog since he has arthritis. She lives in a beautiful, quiet, safe neighborhood with minimal traffic and sidewalks perfect for walks.”

“Ewa was an amazing sitter for my Basenji, he enjoyed his time very much while staying with her. I really liked the setup that enabled my dog to go in and out on his own when he needed to and she showered him with love and attention the entire stay. I will be contacting Ewa in the future.”

“Kent was absolutely wonderful with my dog, Chloe. Chloe is a difficult case because she can’t be alone because of her separation anxiety she can’t be with other dogs because of her reactivity. This makes her somewhat high maintenance. Kent was able to handle and he loved taking care of her! I’ll be back to ask Kent again to take of Chloe for the upcoming holidays. Kent is very communicative and and just an overall sweet, wonderful, caring and competent person.”

“Cindy, thank you for taking such amazing care of Bruno. It truly feels like he’s with another family when he’s with you. We really appreciate all the love, walks, and care you give him.. You are amazing ❤️”

“Kaylee was super great!! Edy loved staying there and got tons of energy and excitement out too! We got tons of pictures from her overnight and lots of updates. Our dog came home super happy and tired!”

“Ruby was very well taken care of! Michael was professional, prompt, and at the same time warm, friendly and welcoming. I could tell from the pictures he sent that she was well loved and having fun. This was my first time using Rover and I am very happy it!”

“Yamile and her family and her pets have just been amazing. Yamile is Extremely responsive, followed a special diet, took her for walks , gave me frequent updates and generally took great care of my little girl while we were away!!! In fact she seemed sad to leave when it was time for her to come home. We have already booked a follow up stay!! Thanks yamile - you have been a life saver:)”

“This was Saga‘s second visit with Tom and Kelly. Once again, the experience was wonderful. They provided daily updates and lots of pictures. I recommend them highly and plan to use them again when I travel.”

“Eliza was great. Our dog is a senior and requires some extra attention. Eliza was great with her and sent us pics and texts to keep us in the loop on how she was doing.”

“D’Artagnan did an amazing job with Groot! Our dog tends to get anxious when we're away and was unable to keep his food down the first day. D’Artagnan handled it perfectly - he kept us informed with regular updates and photos, and even provided probiotics to help settle his stomach. We felt so relieved knowing Groot was in such capable and caring hands. We highly recommend D’Artagnan for anyone looking for a thoughtful and attentive sitter!”

“Daisy seems like she enjoyed her time with Vicki and the family. She was happy coming home as well. I really enjoyed receiving the pictures of Daisy playing with Trixie. I definitely will use Vicki again in the future. Donna Meskan”

“Our Nellie had a great time with Stephanie. She had so much fun playing with Leon. It was her first time with a sitter, but Stephanie was great keeping her routine and sending us updates and pictures, which made us feel so much better while vacationing. Highly recommended!”

About: Growing up, my mother would buy and sell dogs. It was quite traumatic. I vowed to be better than her. I've had my dog Odin for 8 years, and I will happily care for your pet as well. Fortunately, my trauma is your gain. I'm well versed on most dog breeds and I know how to research breeds if something comes up. You can sit back and relax because my care for your dog will be the best. My commute is only 15mins away. So I take care of the dogs in the morning, then I care for them again on my lunch break. Then again after work and throughout the night with my own dog, Odin. I have several dog beds and comfy spaces for them to rest. I have a zone in my home that is for dogs only. They can grab a toy from the toy box or they can look out the balcony window as shades are always open for your pupper!
“Tatiana was the best! She was very accommodating with a last minute request for a new client on Mother’s Day weekend. She sent pictures, gave updates, and you could tell our puppy Champ was having a great time. Tatyana was very professional courteous and we will be using her again in the future.”

“She was truly an ideal cat sitter, attentive, reliable, and genuinely caring. My cat is usually very skittish, so I was amazed that by the last visit she came out, let herself be petted, and even played. The photos were wonderful and very reassuring. She also went above and beyond with a few extra things I asked for. I couldn’t have had a better experience. I’d absolutely book her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and caring!”

“Brianna took care of my cats while my fiancée and I were out of town. It’s a bit difficult to find sitters that can administer oral medicine to cats, and Brianna was able to meet the task, give love to my 2 cats and make sure their area was well kept. She responds quickly to texts as well. If you need a cat sitter, I would recommend her to any client!”

“Emily is the best pet sitter! She gave thorough report cards of her drop-in visits and the cutest pic updates of our two kitties. I can tell she truly loves pets and treated ours like she would her own. Will definitely hire her for any future pet sitting needs.”

“She was very kind and patient with us, even though we are not fluent in English. Everything went smoothly from the meet-and-greet to the key handover. Although it was only for two days, our cat seemed to warm up to her quickly. We really appreciated her care!”

“Carl did a wonderful job caring for our two cats! We think they were starting to prefer Carl to us! Even though he is a normally a "dog guy" he might just be a "cat guy" now too! Our cats are certainly in his fan club! It's so nice to know that we can travel knowing that this kind and careful man can care for our two cats Cappy and Dunky in our absence. Galen and Mary Crull”

“Emily was great & is very sweet! My kitty was well cared for. Emily sent a few updates and a precious video. Nelly stayed there almost a week. She did fine even though Emily has her own cat, but she keeps them separated. I would definitely book her again in the future. Thank you so much, Emily.”

“Nicole did an incredible job! We were gone for two weeks in Italy and she gave us peace of mind that our two kitties were in great hands. She was attentive and communicative. We would absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring pet sitter!”

About: I've had at least one cat for the past 15 years. Currently, I have two cats. My first experience with cats was with my grandparents' cats. Their cats were always aloof and didn't like children. My cats are fairly friendly. I cat-sit for friends and family, this included freshening water, refilling cat food, scooping the litter box, and playing with the cat for a few minutes once a day.
“Sandra was wonderful with my kitty, Cora, and even brought her extra special treats and new toys to play with. She was very trustworthy with the routine and access methods to my home. We would highly recommend Sandra and will definitely be using her again in the future!”

About: I provide loving, personalized care for cats of all personalities—from playful kittens to sweet seniors. What sets me apart is taking the time to understand each cat’s unique routine, personality, and comfort level. I focus on creating a safe, comfortable environment with plenty of enrichment, attention, and respect for their boundaries. Whether it’s playtime, interactive activities, or simply keeping them company, I’ll make sure your cat feels happy, secure, and cared for while you’re away.

“She is an incredible professional. Her energy, knowledge, and passion for training dogs really stand out. She doesn't just work with the dogs—she also teaches owners how to better understand and train them. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an outstanding dog trainer.”

We never leave them unattended and will always have eyes on them. We are dog obsessed! We will treat them like family and prefer small to medium sized dogs. Frenchies very welcomed:) We work from home and have a fenced in yard. We are frequently spoiling our dog and available for walks and frequent outdoor potty breaks. We have a 6’ fenced in yard. Security cameras on yard as well. Lots of sun and a fun frenchie to keep them company who gets along great with dogs.

About: I love animals. I have loved, played with, nursed, and fed any kind of dog you an imagine. Im also comfortable around cats considering they tend be independent and communicative in their own way. I genuinely enjoy the process of training and nurturing animals. I have experience caring for newborn puppies and dogs with health issues as well as making natural and organic meals for dietary needs. I believe patience , affection, and repetition are the recipe to connecting with our all of our furry friends. Please do not hesitate to contact me for any additional questions. I work from home so pet care wouldn’t disrupt my routine at all. And I would be able to tend to a dog with special needs. I have a fenced in yard and personal fenced in patio off of my kitchen. It allows your buddy to get some fresh air in between walks and be secure
“Christina, Nash, and the whole family were great hosts for Charlie! Christina provided a mid day update along with pictures and carved out time in her day for a 2-mile walk with the dogs. They all were very welcoming and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Christina and hope we will be back periodically for more visits.”

“Sue has been watching our pup Archie for a while with her daughter and does an amazing job. She treats him like her own giving us piece of mind that our pup is safe and happy while we are at work. We also appreciate the socialization he’s gotten meeting some other pups while at day care. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sue to anyone!”
About: My journey with Rover began approximately 8 years ago and it's been a delight to meet and care for furry babies when their parents were in need of a responisible and trusted caretaker. At that time, my Lola, was just as excited to befriend and play with pals. As my Lola grew older, she developed medical issues and my attention and all the time I could give, was directed only towards her. Therefore, I took a pause to spend time with her and give her all I could. Her time, to join the rest of angel friends, came on December 17th, 2025. I came back to Rover simply because I miss the company of the most pure soul and my best friend of 13 years. I know how important it is to leave your pet in good care, cater to your best friend just as your own family and hope to meet them soon.

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was about 10. I have had a big and small dog in my life. I have walked, play dates, overnight watched with other people's cats or dogs. I have also fostered 3 dogs in the past who have been adopted into loving homes. I am currently a stay at home mom. We take pups for walks. We love them like they are our own pets. We make sure that the pups have a lot of playtime inside or outside to keep them engaged. I have a fenced yard for all the running and zoomies your pet needs. I have a walk in shower and tub if needed. I also have baby gates if needed.
“So thankful for Prithvi and her husband! They were so wonderful and patient with our puppy who still has a lot of energy and is shy around new people. I feel so comfortable with her in their care, and they sent lots of photos and videos. Their dog also showed my dog the ropes, and was great for her!”

“This was our first time leaving our puppy Flynn with Patricia and we will definitely ask her to watch him again! Patricia was kind and very communicative through the whole process. We really felt like our Flynn was very well taken care of by Patricia. Thank you so much!!”

About: I love taking care of dogs. I have my own dog who is very friendly and loves to play but also loves to be lazy. I've watched dogs for friends and family members for years and always enjoy it so I decided to open my home to more frequent furry guests. All dogs are treated like my own and get lots of love and attention (or space, if that's what they prefer). I'm happy to administer medications or accommodate individual needs. Working from home full-time enables me to closely supervise furry guests and allow for plenty of time to tend to their needs and provide lots of outside time by opening and closing the door multiple times a day (haha). I have a fenced-in yard and large deck for doggy sunbathing. My dog loves having canine guests and doesn't mind sharing me, his bed, toys, or food. I also have a teenage daughter who absolutely loves having more dogs around. I have lots of extra blankets and allow dogs on the furniture and beds. Everything is washed regularly. Paws are always wiped on muddy yard days. If your dog prefers sleeping in a crate or having a crate for alone time, that is perfectly fine, too.

About: Dogs have always been an important part of my life. In addition to owning dogs, I have cared for pets for family, friends, and neighbors over the years. I understand that every dog has unique needs, and I strive to provide the love, attention, exercise, and comfort they deserve while their families are away. My goal is to help pets feel happy, secure, and cared for, while giving their owners confidence and peace of mind. As a retiree, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to the pets in my care. My days are typically spent staying active, running errands, enjoying hobbies, and spending time outdoors, which makes it easy to incorporate dog walks, playtime, feeding schedules, and companionship into my routine. Because I am not tied to a traditional work schedule, I can accommodate a variety of walking times and provide reliable, consistent care throughout the day. I enjoy being around animals and have the availability to ensure pets receive the exercise, attention, and affection they need while their owners are at work or away from home. When caring for pets in a client's home, I strive to maintain their normal routine to help them feel safe, comfortable, and stress-free while their family is away. I follow all instructions regarding feeding schedules, exercise, medications, and any special care needs. I make sure pets receive plenty of attention, affection, playtime, and companionship, while also ensuring they have fresh water and a clean environment. I respect my clients' homes by keeping everything tidy and secure and providing regular updates so owners can have peace of mind knowing their pets are happy, healthy, and well cared for in the comfort of their own home.
“This is the second time Vicki has watched Marty. Marty feels comfortable there and never comes back anxious. Vicki is a great communicator, responds quickly and is very flexible! Another great experience, we are very appreciative!”

About: For the past 8 years, I have been providing off-and-on sitting, boarding, and walking care for various relatives' dogs. Through caring for family pets, ranging from energetic Boxers to gentle Cockapoos, I have gained extensive, hands-on experience handling different temperaments, routines, and unique canine behaviors. While household allergies mean I am unable to have a full-time dog of my own, opening up my schedule to part-time pet sitting allows me to bring my passion for dogs into my daily life. This setup works beautifully for my clients, as it means your dog receives 100% of my focused attention and care during their time with me, without competing for space with a resident pet. Because I am currently doing pet care full-time, my schedule is highly flexible and open. I am available throughout the day for morning, midday, and evening walks or drop-in visits, seven days a week. This open availability means I can easily accommodate your dog’s specific routine, feeding times, and potty schedule without rush. Whether you need a reliable midday walker while you are at the office, or a flexible sitter for last-minute weekend plans, I am here to provide consistent, dedicated care when you need it most. Safety on Walks & Drop-Ins Safety is my absolute top priority. When walking your dog, I practice active situational awareness—I monitor the environment for triggers like loud traffic, bicycles, or off-leash dogs well before they become an issue. I use a secure, two-handed leash grip and never let your dog off-leash in public spaces. If your dog is sensitive or easily spooked, I am happy to take quieter routes and use positive reinforcement to keep them feeling safe and secure. My Home Environment (For Short-Term Boarding) I live in a clean, smoke-free home with a secure, fully fenced yard where your dog can safely stretch their legs under my direct, 100% supervision. I do not have any resident dogs or cats, meaning your pup will enjoy a peaceful environment without the stress of competing for space. We do share our home with a few securely housed reptiles (a Ball Python, a DeKay's Brown Snake, and two leopard geckos) who live strictly inside their locked enclosures, completely out of reach of guest dogs. Because we manage a saliva allergy in our household, my home is kept exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and structured. We maintain excellent boundaries: guest dogs are kept out of bedrooms and are safely crated during bedtime or if I ever need to step out for a brief moment. Your dog will receive a wonderful balance of structure, safety, and a whole lot of love.

“Dar is my go to! She’s so communicative, punctual and detailed with all of her visits. I appreciate the extra care and attention she pays to my 2 big girls. They can be pullers and a little wild, but she handles them with care and grace.”

“Cathy is incredible! Right from the start, she offered to come meet my dog ahead of time and as soon as she walked in I knew she would be a great fit. She took the time to play with him, pet him, and let him get to know her. As a result, when she arrived to pick him up for his walk, he was happy to see her! This extra care to getting to know my dog (and letting him get to know her!) is so appreciated - especially since I have had other walkers give up on him. I would recommend Cathy to anyone who is looking for a caring and compassionate sitter or walker.”

“Carl really has a lot of patience. My Emma girl is a very stressed out dog. Hope in time she loosens up and Carl becomes her best friend… of course after her Mamma. Thank you Carl for giving her love and attention.”

“Sarah has been to our house for a meet and greet and a walk with my two dogs. She has been great with communication prior to and following both appointments. She also had a wonderful way with my polar opposite personality dogs. She gave my people-timid boy the space he needed to feel comfortable and trusting while engaging yet supporting the appropriate boundaries I need to practice with my overly exuberant girl. I'm looking forward to Sarah spending more time at my house caring for my sweet best pals.”

Im a current full time student at Illinois State Univeristy, but I am home for the summer with plenty of time to look after your fur babies! All pets are different and have different personalities, I’m more than willing to adapt to any, whether your fur baby needs to run around the yard, go on a walk, have their food prepared in a very specific way, or snuggle on the couch, I strive to meet all of those needs for them.

“Christine was terrific with Sparky. He is an older dog and she and her family were very patient with him and conscientious with his medication. I would definitely use her again.”

“Michelle was a great dog sitter!!! We did a meet and greet before to make sure the her dog and our dog meshed okay. That put me at ease going into our vacation. Also, it gave us some time to get to know each other. We got daily messages and pics that were fun to see. She has a fenced in yard and deck where the dogs like to pal around. Rosie seemed right at home at her house. Michelle is very communicative and very on top of your pups needs. I can tell she’s a true dog lover!”
“Erena was wonderful with my 2 girls! She truly treated them with such great care. She sent several photos and updates on how they were doing. I would definitely recommend if you're looking for someone to love your fur baby just like you do while you're away!”

“Gracie had a wonderful time. She was very, very well taken care of. I had pictures at least twice a day that made me feel that she was so safe. She seemed happy and having a very good time and very comfortable. I will not hesitate to use Susan again if I need Gracie to be watched, they’re very nice people. I feel that I have also made new friends for life.”
