Peace of mind for you and your pet!

❗️PLEASE READ BEFORE SENDING A REQUEST❗️ I am currently accepting low-energy pets only, including seniors, calm animals, and pets with lower activity needs. At this time, I am unable to accommodate high-energy, reactive, or physically demanding pets. ⠀ Hi! My name is Gabi, and I’ve been around animals my entire life. I grew up helping care for my family’s dogs and have also been trusted by relatives to care for their pets. ⠀ I’ve been providing house-sitting and drop-in care through Rover since 2019, with experience caring for both dogs and cats. I strive to provide dependable, attentive care while keeping your pets comfortable in their familiar routine and environment. ⠀ I currently offer both house sitting and drop-in visits for dogs and cats. ⠀ Please note: The dog shown on my profile belongs to my parents, so I am not responsible for her day-to-day care and am able to give your pets my full attention during house-sitting bookings. (I added her to my profile a while ago and just don’t have the heart to remove her!)

Safety, trust & environment

I will care for your pets according to their individual needs and routine. I ask that all clients provide written or typed care instructions before the booking begins so that I can make sure your pet receives consistent, attentive care. ⠀ For house-sitting bookings, I stay in your home full-time and make your pets my primary responsibility. During walks, I avoid interactions with unfamiliar dogs in order to prioritize your pet’s safety. ⠀ Please disclose any behavioral concerns I should be aware of, such as anxiety, resource guarding, or difficulty with handling. I also ask that you let me know about any additional or exotic pets in the home, including fish, rabbits, birds, reptiles, or other animals. ⠀ I will keep your home tidy and am happy to bring in mail or packages, water plants, and take care of other small household tasks while you’re away. ⠀ Please also let me know if there are any security cameras in or around your home. Rover requires clients to disclose cameras in accordance with its community guidelines, which can be viewed here: rover.com/blog/community-guidelines/ ⠀ Thank you for your interest! I look forward to meeting you and your pets.

My dog was nervous. She was patient and kind giving her time to settle. Thoughtful and thorough.

Gabby did a great job sitting our dog. Our Lilly was very anxious and wasn't eating, Gabby got her to the vet to make sure she was ok. Gabby went out of her way to be sure Lilly was eating. I would not hesitate to have Gabby watch oir dog again.

Drop-In Visits • Jul 17, 2026

Gabrielle was a wonderful sitter for the week that I had her drop in on my 2 cats. My cats are 16 and 13 and are definitely in house cats. One is friendly and the other is skittish and shy. One needed meds. She visited them and gave daily feedback and sent pictures. She also administered the meds, fed them and cleaned the litter. She even watered my large plant. She exceeded my expectations. I will use her again and recommend her wholeheartedly.

Schedule

I do Rover full-time, so I am very flexible when it comes to scheduling and am more than happy to adapt to your pet’s routine and needs. ⠀ Please note that I generally do not accept last-minute bookings. I prefer at least one week’s advance notice whenever possible so that there is plenty of time to schedule a meet-and-greet before the booking begins. However, if you have any questions about my availability, please don’t hesitate to reach out! ⠀ I am reachable by phone between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM.

Gabrielle can host up to 1 drop-in per day
I require a meet-and-greet with all new clients before booking. For cat drop-in bookings, I require at least one visit per day. I would like to know about your pet’s daily routine and care needs, including: 1. Their feeding schedule 2. Their potty break schedule 3. Their exercise and activity needs 4. Any health-related accommodations, such as medications or dietary restrictions 5. Any behavioral concerns I should be aware of 6. Whether or not they are allowed on furniture 7. Anything else you feel would be helpful for me to know! The more I know about your pet’s usual routine, preferences, and needs ahead of time, the better I can help keep them comfortable while you’re away.
Each sitter joining Rover needs to pass a background check. And by booking on Rover, you can get photo & message updates, 24/7 support, and reimbursement for eligible vet care.
