“Kent welcomed our little girl into his home once again and took great care of her. She felt right at home and was very comfortable. Our dog is older and has some higher needs but Kent managed them very easily, and he even sent a few pictures and notes to check in with us throughout the stay. Kent was also very responsive, flexible and easy to work with regarding drop off and pickup times. I accidentally miscommunicated my pickup time on our way back from our trip, and when I realized the error and messaged Kent he was quick to adapt to accommodate us. About: I know how to make dogs comfortable and make them feel like they’re being taken care of well. Lots of treats they get from me I am free to watch dogs a lot during each day of the week. Any time of the day works for me as well to watch them I have a fenced in yard. I keep my basement closed so no dogs can go down there. Mostly on the main floor with me.

10/10 No notes. This was our first time on Rover and several years since we've placed our senior with a unfamiliar sitter/boarding location. Needless to say, we were nervous. Bonnie put our minds at ease: noting any concerns up front, answering my silly questions during meet-and-greet, daily updates with photos, and honest feedback at pick-up. Turns out that our old man, who generally prefers humans, found the right environment to play like a pup with younger dogs again! Bonnie is now at the top of our list for future Lucky-care.
This is our 2nd time leaving our Brownie with Allis. She is very attentive, professional yet playful and caring with our dog and also very responsive. From updates and pictures every day to quick messages back. We know he is in great hands when he is with her.
