Our dog is older and has some higher needs but Kent managed them very easily, and he even sent a few pictures and notes to check in with us throughout the stay. I accidentally miscommunicated my pickup time on our way back from our trip, and when I realized the error and messaged Kent he was quick to adapt to accommodate us. Kasia was amazing with Bento! We were out of town for a couple of weeks, and she made it so much easier being away from him by sending regular videos and pictures to keep us updated. With very short notice, Ed was able to accommodate our request for dog care for Maisie, our Golden Retriever. We were on an 11 day cruise and throughout our trip received pictures and updates on how Maisie was doing. She is a 1 year old golden with high energy and can be a handful. Not only did Ed improve her behavior on walks, but also worked on getting her to stop jumping on everyone she meets. It was wonderful to see her play with his dog and his children. Needless to say we wondered if she would want to come home with us because of all the attention she received. We highly recommend Ed and the wonderul care that he and his family provided for our Maisie.
