From the beginning, she was super responsive and very responsible, from the meet and greet thru a few changes I needed to make after booking. She was easygoing and flexible, and made us so relaxed to leave our little guy. During the trip, she updated us daily and was very communicative. We never worried and I knew Opie was in a warm, friendly, and loving home with so many friends to play with. He came home happy and tired and clean. “Mylo had a great stay at Wendy and Bill's during our 10 day international trip. They took really nice care of Mylo. Wendy was very responsive and sent updates, photos and videos on a daily basis. In addition to that, she also sent adhoc photos and videos based on our request. Wendy also took care of his medication and other care needs. By the end of his stay, Mylo became great friends with Sadie as well. We would definitely drop Mylo at Wendy and Bill's place in the future.”

This was Penny’s second stay with Tatiana. She is always professional, thoughtful, and responsive. She is great with our older girl, who is a little slower than she used to be and needs a little TLC. Violeta was able to accommodate a last minute booking request when we were unable to get our dog in for boarding during our spring break. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about dogs due to her experience as a veterinary technician which helped immensely since our dog has some special needs/mobility issues. She was responsive and sent pictures and videos of Scooter and her two dogs. We are grateful to Violeta for taking great care of Scooter and would highly recommend her services to our friends and family!
She has been so wonderful! She sent me daily updates of my dog, and really went out of her way to care for him. Being away from your dog is anxiety provoking but knowing that he is being taken care of and is in good and honest company is heart soothing. I’ll surely consider her when I need to board my dog again.
