On our first meet and great prior to boarding, our girls took to Suzanne immediately, this was GREAT to see since we booked a sixteen night stay! Elizabeth needed to have oral medication twice daily and Suzanne was happy to make sure Elizabeth's needs were met. We were pleased with how well our girls got along with Suzanne's new puppy, Harley ?, and her fenced-in yard provided a safe outdoor space for our girls to hang out. Colleen was fantastic - took wonderful care of our 2 dogs and was great with communication and flexibility. We received regular updates with cute photos, and Colleen’s house is so well-equipped and dog-friendly with toys, beds, bowls, etc that we barely had to pack anything but food and leashes. Undra took such wonderful care of our babygirl Mala during our 4½-day trip (Wednesday through Sunday afternoon). From the moment we dropped her off, we felt completely at ease.
