This totally took the stress out of leaving her for a week. She's our baby, gets a ton of affection from us daily, and it seemed like that attention was never lacking with Mark and Lori. They are such great people, and I will definitely be using them again. Lola is still very much a puppy at just over a year old and they handled her craziness wonderfully. Lauren was an exceptional provider of boarding for our 10-year-old dog who has separation anxiety and hasn’t had much experience staying with other people. We had a short meet-and-greet to make sure our dogs seemed compatible, and then I was very comfortable leaving Lou with her. She put me at ease with a picture right away and throughout his stay. It was easy to communicate with her about things that were happening or that she had questions about. I would definitely trust Lauren again for boarding and other services.
We boarded our two dogs (ages 8 & 13) with Elva. I knew we were in good hands after our Meet & Greet. Elva asked excellent questions and really wanted to understand our dogs' idiosyncrasies. She took great care of them - gave them a lot of affection, attention, and walks. One of our dogs is especially quirky, and Elva handled it well. She communicated well with us while we were away and sent video and photos. I wholeheartedly recommend Elva as a caregiver.
Claire took such good care of Grampa. Our guy is the sweetest peanut, but needs calm intentional attention especially in new environments due to early life trauma and (managed) separation anxiety. Claire was incredible at assuaging my concerns and helping me feel confident in trusting her. And Sushi was such a sweet little companion who Claire also clearly takes such loving care of with lots of training and support. Our guy was excited to see me when I picked him up but I’m no way was he pulling away from Claire’s home which is a huge sign for how comfortable he became in just 24 hours. He is a senior dog and can suffer from separation anxiety and at time refuse to eat, but your frequent updates and attentive care put my mind totally at ease.
