This was my first time leaving Louie overnight with someone outside of my family/close friends, I was extremely anxious but Sarah and Walter were so kind and supportive! They provided multiple updates daily at my request, responded quickly if I messaged but it was clear in the pictures, they treated my dog like he was their own and gave him all the love and attention. I’ve already shared them with some people looking for new sitters and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for care. Our puppy loved her time with Cheri! Our meet & greet, about a week before our vacation, went very well. Neoma slept for about 2 days when she got back, out of pure exhaustion (play with other pups and the like), but was so happy and content. Really appreciate Cheri's care for our little girl.
Doug and Deb were great with Regina over the long weekend. They were communicative and understanding of some of her more unique needs. Regina was very calm when picked up and clearly was pretty relaxed during her stay. We felt fully relaxed as well. Look forward to booking again!
My one and only “complaint” about Clarissa is that I think my dog loves her more than she loves me. Seriously, Sally always looks so relaxed and content in the pictures Clarissa sends, which she does regularly. The first time I left Sally with her I was super nervous - this time I could relax knowing she was in good hands.
