“Karla did a great job taking care of our dog, Lucky. We’ve only had Lucky for a few months, and as a rescue from Texas, he has a lot of separation anxiety. Karla was very understanding and made him feel relaxed and at home, while also being patient with all of his little foibles. She sent us lots of pictures and videos, which we really appreciated. She also has a great setup for dogs, including a large long condo with plenty of space for running around. We would definitely recommend Karla to others!”

Thanks Bela! She was great with my senior 11 year old dog. She followed my instructions for him to a T and tried her best to accommodate where plausible. She is kind, responsive and kept me in the loop not too much or too little. I think he enjoyed his time there and got lots of love with the pictures she sent during the stay.
It was so nice to have a trusted sitter while we were away for 5 days. Our dog Hoagie was clearly happy and comfortable with Sheri. I’m not even sure he missed us! Sheri communicated us before and during his stay and was always very professional and friendly. She’s a true pro sitter. Highly recommended!

Booking with Diane was a last minute request, and it was perfect. We were so lucky to have found her! We’re in Chicago for the weekend, and didn’t foresee that my dogs wouldn’t deal well being by themselves in the hotel room. Since my oldest dog gets a lot of anxiety in traditional boarding settings, I needed what Diane offers. The experience was like taking my dogs to a friend’s house to look after them. Diane was in the same area we were staying, communication was great, and she only takes one dog or pack at the time, which was ideal for the needs of our dogs. Our dogs are velcro dogs and Diane had good strategies to help ease the separation on the first day, the second day we dropped them they were happy to see her again. To my surprise they were calm when I picked them up, she even had to tell them “she’s here for you” so they would come to me. If we are back in Chicago, we will book again with you. Tony is great! He sent daily updates about Gus with a photo and told me some funny stories about running with him when I got back. He was super flexible with pick up and drop off time which was helpful with a late flight. We weren't sure if he would get along with cats, but Tony was knowledgeable on how best to introduce them and it went fine! Will definitely book with Tony again in the future!
