Hi there! I’m Myriam, a stay-at-home mom and homeschooler who has a deep love and passion for dogs. We’ve created a space in our daily routine to not only care for our own pets but also open our home to other dogs who need a loving environment. I believe in treating every dog like part of our family, and I’m excited to offer them a safe, structured, and active experience while they stay with us. At our home, dogs get plenty of attention, exercise, and love. I’ve also created time in my day to help with training, whether it's reinforcing basic commands or working on any behavioral issues you’d like me to focus on while your dog is with us. I understand how important it is for dogs to feel at ease in new environments, and my goal is to ensure they feel comfortable and happy throughout their stay.

Schedule
I am a stay at home homeschooling mother with children who LOVE to play with dogs. We are able to keep your dog loved walked played with and engaged. We do one long hour and a half walk in the morning and a 30 minute walk in the evening. During the day we let them out to play in our enclosed yard and also if they need to take potty breaks.

During the days your dog will be with us, he/she will have access to a large, fully fenced yard where they can run, play, and relax in a safe, open space. To provide the best care for your furry babe I’d love to know a few important details ahead of time. Could you please share the following: • Diet and Feeding Schedule: Any specific food, treats, or feeding times? • Medical Needs: Are there any health issues, medications, or allergies I should be aware of? • Temperament: How does your pet interact with new people, and other animals, and how does your dog do on walks? • Exercise Routine: Are there specific walking, play, or exercise routines they enjoy? I go for a long morning walk and a shorter evening walk. I usually let the dogs out during the day for short potty breaks and to play in the yard. I use kennels to help them during the day dealing with unfamiliar dogs can be overstimulating so I give them breaks every three hours or so. • Special Comforts: Does your doggy have a favorite toy, blanket, or activity that helps them feel at ease? • Training Commands: Any commands or cues they’re familiar with? Your insights will help me make sure your pet feels happy and safe while you’re away!

A typical day
I take time throughout the day to help reinforce basic obedience and address any training needs your dog might have. If there's anything specific you'd like me to work on, just let me know! Currently working on nose work with our dog. We are learning the art and hope to be able to have something else to help our high-energy dog and yours on days when it is VERY cold or rainy.
