Luna had a funny tummy right before her stay and then her allergies started acting up and Suzanne took it in stride and made sure that Luna was eating the bland diet that we brought with Luna and even went out to get some Benadryl for her allergies after we realized I had forgotten to include it with Luna’s things. We had an excellent experience with Emily and Lauren, and we would absolutely book with them again. They went above and beyond to make sure our puppy was comfortable and cared for. They even followed all of her medical instructions perfectly and kept us thoughtfully updated without too many messages, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. What really stood out was how attentive and compassionate they were. They made sure our girl got all the care she needed and even slept with her to keep her calm and monitored overnight the way we normally would at home. It meant so much to know she was in such caring hands while we were away. If you're looking for someone who will treat your pet like their own and handle special care situations responsibly, we highly recommend them.
Janelle took great care of our two dogs while we were away for 10 days. She sent pictures of the girls throughout their visit that included exploring the lake front and quiet relaxing times at her place. As our girls age they are requiring medication and special treatment and Janelle accommodated their needs.
Narius warmed up right away with Grace, who had a very sensitive way of being with him. She was always quick to respond to texts and let me know how he was doing regularly. Because of the East Coast blizzard and flight cancellations I twice had to delay my return, and Grace was quick to respond and ease my mind that she could extend Narius' stay with her.
Our dog had the best time with Rae and her partner! Their care, hospitality, and attention are truly exceptional. After a few stays with them, he gets wildly excited the moment he realizes where he’s going, tail at full speed and pulling his leash straight toward their home. It’s so clear he genuinely loves them, and we feel totally at ease knowing he’s in such warm, thoughtful hands. Highly recommend! 🐕❤️
Amazing sitters! We were super anxious because we had not left our senior dog with a sitter for some time and Bethany did a wonderful job of sending lots of pictures and updates. Our dog already misses them and their dogs, which is a clear indication of how well they took care of her. Absolutely recommend them, especially if you have a dachshund.
Mariia was wonderful with our doggo Sora! He stayed with her for two weeks and she was so attentive and responsive to us. She updates us thoroughly and asked us how often we wanted to be updated. She is so sweet and will definitely book again!! Thank you again, Mariia!
