No issues, no concerns, we texted several times and they shared a few fotos and short updates so I could stay connected. Peppino had a great weekend visiting and seemed to really enjoy spending time with their dog, Lizzie, too. Will not hesitate to ask them to host Peppino in the future when needed. Cheri was INCREDIBLY AWESOME!!!! Niky was exceptionally well taken care of. Can't recommend her enough. Niky has a bunch of medicine needs and is an older senior dog so she needs a little extra care. Cheri was amazing about it all. Will have her watch Niky again soon!! Great experience.
Ron and Jeff were fantastic sitters for our dog Olive! They were so warm, communicative, and knowledgeable, and we knew Olive was in great hands while we were away. We first set up a daycare visit before our longer trip, and the best part was seeing how excited Olive was to see them again. 💕
I always worry when leaving my fur baby due to some bad prior experiences. Ella and Sydney were very kind, knowledgeable, accommodating, responsible, and caring. They communicated with me throughout the visit. Athena had such a great time that she didn’t want to leave. If you are on the fence on whether to book with Ella or not do not hesitate before some other lucky family reserves them. Thank you again!!!
Max had a great time! Cynthia was able to accommodate a relatively late booking request for us, and was quick and responsive when setting up a meet and greet. She sent pictures throughout Max's stay and it was obvious he was having a lot of fun playing with the other dogs in her care. I would highly recommend Cynthia!
Both we (the humans) AND our dog loved Mackenzie! She was kind, communicative, and so caring towards our senior dog who stayed with her over New Year’s. We loved her regular updates, including photos and videos, and it was clear that my dog wanted to stay longer when I came to get him! 11 out of 10 stars, recommend with gusto!
We used to leave our dog at a large dog boarding place when traveling, and she would be grouped with so many different dogs that I can tell she was traumatized and often took days to be back to her normal carefree self (and she would have dog drooling all over her). This time under Nancyanne’s care our dog was able to stick to a routine similar to at home, and I can tell she was quite comfortable and after 9 days it was seamless that her demeanor was like she never left home. We would happily recommend Nancyanne to anyone who needs help.
