As long as she is available, Brittany will be my go-to Rover dog sitter. I almost hate to write such a glowing review because she might end up getting booked all the time, which would be a definite disadvantage for me. Whenever she had a question or something unexpected came up, she reached out to clarify or update me on what she had done. This was very helpful and made me feel secure that the dogs were in good hands and she was being thoughtful and attentive with their care. Lastly, every single day—throughout the day, I received multiple pictures and videos of my boys!
Debbie was so great with Ekko and Mia! She sent us many photos and kept us updated the whole time. Mia is a senior pup that takes medication and Debbie was able to accommodate and administer her medications amazingly. Love knowing that we have Debbie as a sitter!
Ella and Syd took great care of our little dog who has some behavioral issues at home. We will use them again and highly recommend if you need a good pet sitter. I felt comfortable leaving our dog there and appreciated their attention to our preferences. I got many updates and photos and knew our dog was in good hands. Ella set up a small pen because I mentioned she sleeps in one at night. They gave some tips with our dog who is a rescue.
They are just so wonderful! I feel really lucky that our dog Lucy gets to go to them whenever we are out of town -- great peace of mind. And this last trip included a flight delay which meant that we couldn't pick her up until the next day, and Lee and Niv were very accommodating -- more peace of mind!
Max had a great time! Cynthia was able to accommodate a relatively late booking request for us, and was quick and responsive when setting up a meet and greet. She sent pictures throughout Max's stay and it was obvious he was having a lot of fun playing with the other dogs in her care. I would highly recommend Cynthia!
Both we (the humans) AND our dog loved Mackenzie! She was kind, communicative, and so caring towards our senior dog who stayed with her over New Year’s. We used to leave our dog at a large dog boarding place when traveling, and she would be grouped with so many different dogs that I can tell she was traumatized and often took days to be back to her normal carefree self (and she would have dog drooling all over her). This time under Nancyanne’s care our dog was able to stick to a routine similar to at home, and I can tell she was quite comfortable and after 9 days it was seamless that her demeanor was like she never left home.
