Karla was very understanding and made him feel relaxed and at home, while also being patient with all of his little foibles. She sent us lots of pictures and videos, which we really appreciated. Our puppy loved her time with Cheri! Our meet & greet, about a week before our vacation, went very well. Neoma slept for about 2 days when she got back, out of pure exhaustion (play with other pups and the like), but was so happy and content. Really appreciate Cheri's care for our little girl.
Doug and Deb were great with Regina over the long weekend. They were communicative and understanding of some of her more unique needs. Regina was very calm when picked up and clearly was pretty relaxed during her stay. We felt fully relaxed as well. Look forward to booking again!
My one and only “complaint” about Clarissa is that I think my dog loves her more than she loves me. Seriously, Sally always looks so relaxed and content in the pictures Clarissa sends, which she does regularly. The first time I left Sally with her I was super nervous - this time I could relax knowing she was in good hands.
Usually our boys are wining and panting when we pick them up. With Myriam, they did the opposite and hesitated leaving. Myriam did very well taking care of our two little ones and sharing updates/pictures every day. This was our first booking with her and she exceeded our expectations!
Emily and Lauren took absolutely wonderful care of Margot while we were away. Their daily updates and amazing photos gave us complete peace of mind and allowed us to truly relax and enjoy our vacation. It felt like a vacation for Margot too, we think, because she had a spacious yard to run around in and enjoy, especially compared to her normal city life! Margot came home happy, healthy, and clearly very well cared for. We’re so very grateful and would absolutely trust them with her again!
