About: I've taken care of pets since I was in middle school— cats, dogs, turtles, lizards; the whole lot. I grew up with a cat and a dog, both of whom have passed, and now have a new dog who is a ball of energy! This past summer, I worked on a horse farm in Greece for a month where I honed my animal behavior recognition skills; I worked with two reactive farm dogs and earned their trust very quickly. I'm fairly athletic and enjoy long walks/runs with dogs, and if dogs could speak English, I'm sure they would give me glowing reviews about my tug-of-war and Frisbee skills. I'm assertive and friendly with dogs, gentle with cats. I'd love to meet your furry/hairy friends! I have administered pills to my dogs normally and clandestinely (with cream cheese, peanut butter), have wiped ears/muddy paws, bathed, etc. I'm pretty comfortable and experienced with most aspects of dog care and will let you know if there's something I don't know how to do. I work at ETHS, so I'm unavailable from 7:30-4pm every weekday starting in August. I also coach basketball during weeknights Tu/Th evenings. I might be able to do a walk or play session on my lunch break if you are close enough to the high school-- message me and we can work this out! Weekends are best for me but I'm pretty flexible! Communication is my upmost priority as I provide frequent updates with photos/videos. I will take plenty of pics/videos of your pets to show you how safe and happy your pets are in my care to give you peace of mind!

About: I've taken care of pets of all sorts since I was 15 years old. Helping out friends, neighbors and family with their furry ones, by feeding, walking, bathing, etc. I work permanently remote, from home! So I am very flexible and pretty open everyday. Weekends are flexible too. I can handle 1-2 pets at a time in my home. I have an 1 year old pup, Cedric! He’s a playful and loving little guy! I have a front courtyard where we play catch, go potty and walk around the complex. There's a park near me, and always have him on a leash. About: I’ve always loved all kinds of animals! I’ve had a dog of my own, Lucy, for 13 years during my childhood. I’ve taken care of dogs for family members that included taking them on walks, feeding them, and enrichment. Last year, I volunteered at my local animal shelter and gained more experience on animal welfare. I am kind, patient, and very attentive. About: For nearly 30 years, dogs have been a part of my life and my passion. I began caring for dogs at just 5 years old, and over the years have gained experience with dogs of all ages, breeds, sizes, and personalities. This experience includes everything from puppies to senior companions. I’m experienced with potty training, crate training, administering routine medications, caring for dogs in rehabilitation from injuries and surgeries, and providing compassionate care for dogs with incontinence or other special needs. I understand that every dog is unique, and I take the time to learn their routines, preferences, and personalities so they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. My home is shared with a friendly, energetic 3 year old Springer Spaniel who loves making new friends, as well as a social 1 year old cat who is comfortable around and playful with dogs. When your pet stays with me, you can be assured they will receive plenty of attention and exercise in one of the many parks near my house. I treat every pet as if they were my own. My goal is simply to make sure your pet is happy, safe, and loved, while giving you complete peace of mind during their stay. I currently work at home full time which allows me to provide attentive and consistent care to your pet throughout the day. Whether your dog requires frequent potty breaks, walks, medication on a set schedule or simply just play time, I can reasonably adjust my schedule to fit your pet’s needs. Once they enter my home, your dog will be treated as if it were my own. I provide a clean, safe environment for your dog to relax, play, and receive plenty of attention. My own dog and cat are eager to make new friends and provide extra companionship to your pet during their stay. I frequently bring my own dog to play at the parks around my house, and would be thrilled to include your pet(s) in this adventure.
