About: I’ve had cats and dogs throughout my life and I have always felt a strong connection and kindness to animals. I have done petsitting for dogs, cats, and even a leopard gecko before! I have one cat who is 17 years old. His brother was the same age and passed away earlier this year. I had a dog that lived to about 15 and I lost him several years ago, so I have experience with taking care of senior pets and the process of loss. Taking care of pets is something I love doing! I work as a mental health therapist, with most of my shifts from 3pm-8pm on weekdays. I sometimes have meetings in mid-morning. With my job, there is tremendous flexibility due to constant shifts in my caseload and clients cancelling appointments. I am also in charge of my own schedule. Generally, I will be most available in the morning and afternoon for pet care. Weekend availability may fluctuate depending on my plans. About: I grew up in a dog home and have always loved dogs. I worked at a daycare/boarding facility for 3 years, and finished my work there as a supervisor. There, i gained experience in caring for dogs from 3 months old to 18 years old, as well as dogs with health complications and mobility difficulties. When im meeting a new dog, I make sure to avoid eye contact, turn sideways, and get lower to the ground, all things that show your pup im a friend, not a threat. All in all, every dog is different, has their own personality, likes, and dislikes. I make sure I learn and respect them so I can build trust, and keep everyone safe and happy.

Tiffany took excellent care of our two dogs on short notice while we went on an overnight trip. She was great, very communicative, professional, and Tessa, our dog who has high anxiety, seemed to really like her when they first met. Shailyn graciously agreed to come sit with our anxious dog on short notice which we greatly appreciated.
