About: From zoos to animal shelters to animal hospitals, I’ve worked with all animals and I just can’t get enough with them! Whatever your pets needs, basic and specials, they will be in good hands with my excellent service, attention to detail, and reliability. I split time between the Evanston/Wilmette area and Des Plaines so let me know what you need and I’ll let you know if it’s feasible depending on the service! I work full time at an animal hospital. I rotate Saturdays and Mondays, working a morning shift one day and the other off. T-FR full 8 hour days. I have had plenty of success in petsitting with this schedule. If the gig is close enough to work, I can do a midday visit. If the gig is farther from work, then I will not do a midday visit. Keep this in mind when booking if your dogs need three walks a day. I stay overnight no problem! With dog walking or pet checkins, I will do them whenever fits with my schedule! Evenings and weekends are pretty much open. I make sure to keep a very clean space so that pets can’t get into anything, and I leave your home looking as though no one was even there. I always double check doors and fences and gates. I do like to brainstorm pet-safe enrichment for them too (comes from my zoo background). I keep their food and water bowls clean, and for dogs we do a lot of walks. 3-4 a day. If allowed, I like to take dogs for field trips like to forest preserves and dog beaches for extra exercise and a change of scenery. For nervous cats, I let them come to me. Normally with time they get a little more comfortable but I won’t force it. I send lots of video and photo updates to pet owners.

About: Hi! I’ve been a lifelong animal lover, and I’ve had pets all my life — so I know how much pets mean to their families. My girlfriend introduced me to Rover, and since then, I’ve been all in. I currently walk up to 10 dogs a day and board around 2 dogs each month, and I truly enjoy every minute of it. About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life, mostly chihuahuas and rescues, so I’m very comfortable with pups who need a little extra patience, reassurance, or understanding. My hands-on experience goes far beyond casual pet care. At Miami University, I was part of Paws for a Cause, where we helped train dogs to prepare them for working with children or future companion roles. This gave me a strong foundation in obedience training, reading body language, and supporting dogs with different temperaments. More recently, I’ve been volunteering with the Evanston Animal Shelter, working with dogs who have a wide range of behaviors and needs. There, I’ve assisted with medication administration, training sessions, enrichment, and helping nervous or high-energy dogs feel more comfortable and confident. I’m also on a path toward becoming a Physician Assistant, which adds to my calm, attentive, and health-focused approach. Overall, I bring a mix of lifelong experience, formal training exposure, shelter work, and genuine love for dogs of all personalities. I work full-time as a medical scribe during the day (9–5), so evenings, weekends, and holidays are when I’m most available for pet care. During those times, I’m fully focused on your pet’s needs—whether that’s walks, playtime, feeding, or just keeping them company. My schedule outside of work is very flexible, so I can reliably fit in consistent visits or longer stays. When I’m caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow their normal routine as closely as possible—feeding schedules, walk times, crate routines, and any training cues you use. I take time to get to know your pet’s personality, comfort level, and boundaries so they feel safe and relaxed. I provide plenty of attention, enrichment, and calm companionship, and I always keep water fresh, watch for behavior changes, and send regular updates so you feel connected. If I’m hosting in my home (or doing extended stays), I make sure pets have a quiet, clean space to settle in, regular potty breaks, structured playtime, and a consistent routine. Safety is a top priority, doors secured, no access to anything unsafe, and lots of supervised time. About: I love animals. Growing up with pets of all kinds I learned to appreciate them and recognize their needs. I know the importance of bonding with them and find great joy in forming that bond. I did domestic care for four years and my primary job was tending to the animals. I am trustworthy and caring and I will put the needs of your pet first. Every time. I have made pet care my priority. I presently work full time in pet car. I also love pet photography and offer that as a service I am available on a drop-in basis and I can make myself available for overnights and extended stays as well. Whatever you need, don't hesitate to ask. I have cleared my schedule to make myself available to tend to dogs and cats full-time. I will walk your dog or simply hang out with your pet, whichever you need. I will build a trust with you, and your pet will know. I look forward to meeting you. I am very conscientious and responsible. I lost my own dog of 14 years and this has opened the door for me to be able to tend to your dog or cat. About: My first pets were 2 rats. I took care of them exclusively, bathed them, fed and cleaned up after them. The family cat Simba was mainly my responsibility with occasional help from family, and I would take care of our family dog Bentley when I was home for summers from college. I've helped care for several other animals when babysitting children, and occasionally dog sat overnight for other families over a 3 day weekend period. I've also loved my time volunteering at the local dog shelter where I walk, clean up after, and play with all the dogs up for adoption until they find their forever families. Also enjoyed a 6 week program at a dog shelter in Athens, Greece in 2024! I’m working part and full time depending on the week, but have most availability on weekends and later in the afternoons. Happy to do house sitting as long as the dogs can be alone for up to 6 hours on the days I work! I care for all pets as if they were my own, making sure they have all the attention and care they need and then some.

About: Growing up I have always had 3 cats at home and have pet sitted for a little over 5 years! My clients have had a mix of dogs and cats so I have experience with both! I can do drop-in visits in the mornings and evenings to feed them, walk them, etc. But the time frame can vary depending on the pets needs and my work schedule I feed them, play with them, walk them, and change the litter boxes (cats).
