She came for a meet and greet beforehand and asked relevant questions to ensure the best care of our cat. Kelly followed all our instructions, sent us daily updates and pictures, left our home in an impeccable state, and did even more than we asked for. When we returned home, we could tell that Rosie had been perfectly cared for as she was calm and happy.
