Sophia was very friendly and thoughtful! My cats were very happy and well cared for when I returned home. Would highly recommend Sophia!!
My experience was not great. I found out through our security system she didn’t stay overnight with my dog who is used to potty breaks before / after bedtime and feeding in the morning plus not used to being alone so long (more than 12 hours) .. She said she had a family emergency, but unfortunately didn’t communicate it so I lost the trust and felt the need to monitor my dog care from there after for the rest of my trip. I give her 3 stars because she was communicative after that incident and basically keeping my dog alive.
Sophia is wonderful! I appreciate her check ins and feedback. She does a great job watching my pup and I’ll gladly hire her again.
Sophia did a great job walking Ginny! I love that she sent some photos and even videos from the walk. We will definitely hire Sophia for more dog walks in the future.
