It's been really great to be able to leave home and feel confident and trust that my dog is in good hands. About: I credit most of my skills with taking care of dogs to my own girl, Leona. She came into my life in 2021 as a 6 month old with previous traumas. Through lots of love and training, she’s the happy and fun dog that she is today! My schedule is currently open Mondays-Fridays for dog walking, drop-in visits, and overnight sitting. I will consider weekend availability on an as needed basis. Please feel free to reach out with any questions! For drop-in visits, my services will very based on the needs of the dog. Potty breaks will always be offered during my visit, as well as some play time. I can prepare any enrichment toys your dog has and if meal time is needed, make sure they are fed. I usually like to bring dog treats so let me know if you would like me to hold off on any treats for dietary purposes.

About: I have been a house and pet sitter since High School while working at a vet’s office and all throughout college and many years after. I love a good pet therapy session to keep stress levels down for me and the animal. I have two cats of my own and know how important it is for them to get interacted with throughout the day when we aren’t around, as well as when we have our own overnight commitments to attend. I would be honored to get to spend a little time with your fur baby when needed! I am a fun loving, easy going, and pet (and treat) giving cat mom who loves both cats and dogs! I walk all separately unless they are from the same family or the dogs are really good friends. We take about 5-6 walks a day around the neighborhood ranging between 20-30 minutes depending on the weather of the season, and even have a deck with a piece of “grass” where older pets can use the restroom easily or if it is raining, for a quick potty break. We have water in every room of the house, we love to give treats, have crates and gates for alone time if needed, and there is always an opportunity to sunbathe in our house or on our deck.

“Roman was Charise’s first ever Rover dog and we were really happy to have connected with her for our 5-day trip. Charise was a great sitter—she sent detailed updates about how Roman was doing with Navi and hope he was settling in while we were away. Her home is very clean and Charise is a very warm and welcoming host. Navi is just the cutest little nugget ever, and I could tell immediately Roman would feel right at home with Charise. Our big GSD is a big baby and throws a bit of a fit every time we leave, but Charise and Navi were patient with him while he warmed up to the idea of us being away—by the time we returned, he was fully integrated into their little family. Roman is allowed on the couch and bed for cuddles, and Charise has a full basement for the dogs to run around and play, a small yard, and she takes them together on long walks. Roman came home fully pooped from a week of playing with Navi and we’ll definitely be using Charise in the future!”

She has an awesome backyard and cozy home for pets to enjoy and lots of experience, she even has a vet background the moment she held my puppy she knew he had a hernia which I did not even know until a vet told me and I did not inform her she was smart enough to notice on her own.”
