About: While I’m beginning my professional pet care journey, I’ve been around animals my entire life — including cats, dogs, turtles, and more — and I’m very comfortable providing loving, compassionate, high-quality care. I’m intuitive, empathetic, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator, which I believe are all important qualities when caring for animals. I understand how important it is to place your pets in trustworthy hands, and I’ll always treat your fur babies with the same love, patience, and attention I would want for my own. I’m not just there to complete tasks — I genuinely love animals and enjoy bonding with them, making sure they feel loved, comforted, and cared for while their humans are away. Whether your pet needs a fun, active environment or a calm and relaxing space, I’m happy to accommodate their unique personality and needs to help them feel happy, safe and comfortable while in my care. Thank you for considering me! If you have any questions, feel free to reach out. I look forward to meeting you and your pets! :) I have a very flexible schedule as someone who creates my own work hours, which allows me to accommodate many different schedules and give your pet plenty of attention, care, and companionship throughout the day. I care for your pets in your home with the same love, attention, and respect that I would give my own. I greet them warmly and offer plenty of pets, cuddles, affection, and companionship based on their individual personality and comfort level. I make sure they are fed on schedule, have fresh water, clean litter boxes, playtime, and any additional accommodations or care requested. For pets who require walks, I ensure they are safely harnessed and comfortable while allowing them time to explore and sniff at their own pace. I stay attentive to their surroundings, prioritize their safety around other animals, and make sure they remain comfortable in all weather conditions — never too hot or too cold. My goal is always to help your pets feel safe, cared for, relaxed, and loved while you’re away. :)

About: Hi, I'm Kit! As a long-time animal lover with two little cats of my own, I'm more than happy to watch your pet(s) while you're away. My rates are accurate! As I'm new to Rover, I'm hoping to start growing a referral base. I've been a volunteer at animal shelters since high school, and because of that, I understand that every dog and cat has a unique personality and routine. I've gained experience with feeding and play routines, socialization, and recognizing signs of stress or illness. Whether your pet is playful and social, or shy and independent, I'm ready to adapt to their needs. I’ll make sure your baby(s) get plenty of love, attention, and playtime, and update you with all the best of it so you can travel with peace of mind! I am employed full-time in the loop. Monday through Friday, I'll be in the office from 9-5, but my early mornings and evenings belong to your pet(s)! On weekends, I'll be happy to accommodate any time you'd like. I prioritize creating a calm, safe, and stress-free environment for every pet in my care. Since every animal has different needs and routines, I take the time to carefully follow your instructions regarding feeding, walks, medications, playtime, and household rules. No one knows your baby(s) like you! For drop-in visits and overnight stays, I aim to keep pets comfortable by maintaining their normal routine as closely as possible. I provide regular updates and photos so you can feel confident and connected while they’re away. During walks, your pet(s) safety is my top priority. I stay alert to the environment, avoid unsafe situations and interactions, and ensure your pet(s) are secure at all times. My goal is to treat every home respectfully and every pet like they’re my own!

About: I am truly a dog lover with years of experience walking, feeding, and caring for dogs of various sizes and personalities. I am dedicated to treating your furry family member like my very own, ensuring they receive the highest level of care, comfort, and companionship. My schedule is highly open and flexible to provide consistent, dedicated support whenever your pet needs it most. The only exception is a brief daily window from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM for a recurring client. Because I strictly provide one-on-one care and never mix dogs from different households, your pet is guaranteed my full, undivided attention during their walk. Taking care of your furry friend is the highlight of my day! I am a timely, organized, and consistent person. I am able to follow all instructions, routine, and accommodate your schedule so you feel supported. I provide safety, comfort, and care for your pet! My attention is always 100% your dog and our surroundings. During walks, I always keep your dog securely leashed, and I do not permit interactions with other dogs to ensure a controlled, stress-free environment.
About: I had my first dog when I was 5 years old. I personally took care of 4 Pitbulls and 1 Yorkshire. I've worked in a dog day care for 4 years. I was responsible in their safety; I follow instruction and communicate consistently to make sure their dogs are well taken care of. I pride myself in providing quality service and giving my best in taking care of my client's pets. I work part-time with flexibility. I can accommodate any day of the week as long as I'm given 1-2 days of notice. I can be flexible on weekend as long as it fits my schedule. I live nearby parks in the city where I can conveniently walk the dogs. I have an extra room to accommodate for dogs if needed.

“Friendly, reliable & thorough. Angelica gave us so much peace of mind when we were out of town by watching our two cats. She provided ample photos (which we absolutely loved) and took care of any little requests we had in the meantime. By time we were back they made a made a new friend in Angelica. (: Thanks a million!”

“Jessica takes such good care of my sweet pup and has come in clutch when I have to be gone for work all day when I wasn’t expecting to. She’s my go-to for drop ins! My dog loves her.”

About: Hi! I have a flexible schedule and love being able to structure my days around care work. As a social worker, I’m reliable, attentive, and calm in all kinds of situations. If my calendar doesn’t line up, message me anyway – I’m usually happy to try to make it work. I’m a lifelong caretaker (former teacher, child care provider, babysitter, and current servant to four cats). I grew up with dogs and have experience with everyone from wildly energetic puppies to senior pups who need a slower pace and extra patience. I’m very comfortable with pet quirks. Food warmed for exactly two seconds? Specific petting rules? Emotional support hair tie? I get it. As a cat mom, nothing surprises me. Whether your pet wants long walks, playtime, cuddles, or quiet companionship, I’ll make sure they’re safe, loved, and very well looked after. I have the most availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. I also have some AM and PM availability so it’s easy for me to fit pet care into my day. When I’m caring for pets in my client’s home, I do my best to follow their normal routine so they feel comfortable and safe. I make sure they get the right amount of food, playtime, walks, and attention based on their needs and personality. I also like to check in with photo or text updates so you know how they’re doing.
“We were so pleased with Angelli and her care for our Pixie while we were away. She is responsible and very caring. We felt at ease with her and we could tell, through the pictures Angelli sent, that Pixie really adored her as well. We highly recommend her and will utilized her date on the future.”

About: I'm an avid pet lover who strives to provide excellent experiences for all dogs & cats in the Chicagoland area. I grew up in a house with 4 cats when I was between the ages of 0-10. When I was 11, my family adopted a German Shepherd / Husky mix, named Bear. I took Bear on walks, gave him treats, and fed him food and water. Nowadays, I dog sit / house sit for my siblings when they have to take trips out of town. I am experienced with dogs of all sizes, and I would be absolutely delighted to meet your furry friend! One of my priorities when I'm pet sitting is to maintain the pet care routine that you have established with your pet(s). I will customize each visit to the needs of your pet(s), and I will work tirelessly to ensure that they are comfortable, happy and healthy. Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions. I love to go on walks, so I would love to have your furry friend(s) join me on as many as they wish! I am currently free every day of the week, except for Thursdays and Fridays from 5-8pm, and Saturdays from 9am-2pm. I'm currently fostering 2 cats for my friends. I feed them 3 times per day, play with them, and give them plenty of affection. When I dog sit / house sit for my siblings, I feed and water their dogs, walk them, administer oral medication(s), and I practice giving them commands, followed by providing them with treats, of course! I am comfortable with crating dogs of all sizes & ages.

Your dogs will need to get along with my 2, and you can expect walks in fenced Warren Park, frequent potty breaks, and photo updates from me. We are dachshund lovers so we have stairs and ramps all over the house so the shortest pups can safely reach couches and beds. My partner Ben is a big help, and we would love to know everything about your precious pup’s personality to make sure they feel right at home with us and make the transition smooth. Hope to meet you and your furry one soon. I work part time and remotely. Weekends are hit and miss, but Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri are open for dog care! Wed/Sat/Sun are dependent on current schedule. Any Qs, shoot me a message! My friendly pups will socialize with yours, and both are great at napping all day, too. Our potty breaks are every 2-4 hours, or sooner if your pup has special needs. We walk daily a 1-mile loop in fenced Warren park, if that’s something your dog enjoys.

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Lincolnwood
Ryan was incredibly thoughtful caring to my puppies and took the job very seriously. He made sure that my puppies felt loved on and appreciated and he also took very good care of the house. His notes to me while ww were gone were detailed and thorough and included pictures. It was my first time using Ryan and I will continue to use Ryan in the future, given his trustworthiness and communication style. Super excited to have a reliable Dog Walker again.
We feel incredibly lucky to have found Tinsley to take care of our dogs. She started walking and looking after our four-year-old Goldendoodle, Stella, and our new Bernedoodle puppy, Harper. From day one, it was clear that Tinsley genuinely loves dogs and treats them as if they were her own. Stella and Harper both adore her, and Tinsley has been wonderful in helping Harper adjust as a young puppy. She is reliable, attentive, caring, and always keeps us updated on how the dogs are doing. It gives us such peace of mind knowing our dogs are in the hands of someone who truly cares about their happiness and well-being. We highly recommend Tinsley to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate dog walker. Stella and Harper are always excited to see her, and that says everything!

Mae was great with Legacy. She handled six drop-ins over three days, sent photo updates, and made it easy to feel comfortable while I was away. Legacy seemed calm and content when I got home, which is exactly what you hope for. I also really appreciated that Mae took the time to walk Legacy during her visits. Legacy is a big dog and can be a little more challenging because of her past trauma, but Mae handled her great I’d absolutely book Mae again and would recommend her to anyone looking for someone reliable, thoughtful, and genuinely good with dogs.

Our 6 month old puppy cuddled up with Revan after only a few minutes and I was convinced she really is the dog whisperer. Our cat came out to see her too! It's very rare that our cat comes out when a new person is in the house. We are excited to have Revan housesit next month and know our babies will be in the best possible care.

Emily was perfect. She's all the things you want in a person you're inviting into your home to take care of your beloved pets: bright, communicative, experienced, and confident. This was a trial run before having her stay in our place for three days and two nights, and we won't worry about a thing while we're away. Highly recommended.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter.
