I make sure they are fed on schedule, have fresh water, clean litter boxes, playtime, and any additional accommodations or care requested. For pets who require walks, I ensure they are safely harnessed and comfortable while allowing them time to explore and sniff at their own pace. I stay attentive to their surroundings, prioritize their safety around other animals, and make sure they remain comfortable in all weather conditions — never too hot or too cold. As I'm new to Rover, I'm hoping to start growing a referral base. I've been a volunteer at animal shelters since high school, and because of that, I understand that every dog and cat has a unique personality and routine. I've gained experience with feeding and play routines, socialization, and recognizing signs of stress or illness. Whether your pet is playful and social, or shy and independent, I'm ready to adapt to their needs. I’ll make sure your baby(s) get plenty of love, attention, and playtime, and update you with all the best of it so you can travel with peace of mind! I am employed full-time in the loop. Monday through Friday, I'll be in the office from 9-5, but my early mornings and evenings belong to your pet(s)! On weekends, I'll be happy to accommodate any time you'd like. I prioritize creating a calm, safe, and stress-free environment for every pet in my care. Since every animal has different needs and routines, I take the time to carefully follow your instructions regarding feeding, walks, medications, playtime, and household rules. No one knows your baby(s) like you! For drop-in visits and overnight stays, I aim to keep pets comfortable by maintaining their normal routine as closely as possible. I provide regular updates and photos so you can feel confident and connected while they’re away. During walks, your pet(s) safety is my top priority. I stay alert to the environment, avoid unsafe situations and interactions, and ensure your pet(s) are secure at all times. My goal is to treat every home respectfully and every pet like they’re my own!

I am able to follow all instructions, routine, and accommodate your schedule so you feel supported. I provide safety, comfort, and care for your pet! During walks, I always keep your dog securely leashed, and I do not permit interactions with other dogs to ensure a controlled, stress-free environment.

About: I had my first dog when I was 5 years old. I personally took care of 4 Pitbulls and 1 Yorkshire. I've worked in a dog day care for 4 years. I was responsible in their safety; I follow instruction and communicate consistently to make sure their dogs are well taken care of. I pride myself in providing quality service and giving my best in taking care of my client's pets. I work part-time with flexibility. I can accommodate any day of the week as long as I'm given 1-2 days of notice. I can be flexible on weekend as long as it fits my schedule. I live nearby parks in the city where I can conveniently walk the dogs. I have an extra room to accommodate for dogs if needed.

About: Hi! I have a flexible schedule and love being able to structure my days around care work. As a social worker, I’m reliable, attentive, and calm in all kinds of situations. If my calendar doesn’t line up, message me anyway – I’m usually happy to try to make it work. I’m a lifelong caretaker (former teacher, child care provider, babysitter, and current servant to four cats). I grew up with dogs and have experience with everyone from wildly energetic puppies to senior pups who need a slower pace and extra patience. I’m very comfortable with pet quirks. Food warmed for exactly two seconds? Specific petting rules? Emotional support hair tie? I get it. As a cat mom, nothing surprises me. I have the most availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. I also have some AM and PM availability so it’s easy for me to fit pet care into my day. When I’m caring for pets in my client’s home, I do my best to follow their normal routine so they feel comfortable and safe. I make sure they get the right amount of food, playtime, walks, and attention based on their needs and personality. I also like to check in with photo or text updates so you know how they’re doing.

About: I’ve owned dogs from 6lb to 120lb, cared for sick and elderly dogs (including IVDD, experienced with medications including fluids via IV), loved dogs of all kinds my entire life! Your dogs will need to get along with my 2, and you can expect walks in fenced Warren Park, frequent potty breaks, and photo updates from me. We are dachshund lovers so we have stairs and ramps all over the house so the shortest pups can safely reach couches and beds. My partner Ben is a big help, and we would love to know everything about your precious pup’s personality to make sure they feel right at home with us and make the transition smooth. Hope to meet you and your furry one soon. I work part time and remotely. Weekends are hit and miss, but Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri are open for dog care! Wed/Sat/Sun are dependent on current schedule. Any Qs, shoot me a message! My friendly pups will socialize with yours, and both are great at napping all day, too. Our potty breaks are every 2-4 hours, or sooner if your pup has special needs. We have a potty bell here, so if you use it at home you’re in luck (and Finn has been known to teach younger pups this skill). We walk daily a 1-mile loop in fenced Warren park, if that’s something your dog enjoys.
