“I have two cats. One is a complete sweetie except he is now almost 17 and is on multiple medications. In discussion with the vet before my trip, the vet had "ideal" and "essential" medicine dispersal. In our meeting to go over things, it was clear she understood his medical issues, the various medicines and their priority and importance. Kimberly was diligent in administering the medicine most essential and getting at least one daily dose of the others, despite the cat hiding from her on several visits. (He is easy for me but I am told by prior sitters he fights the pills). What pleased me was that she kept him in good health without stressing him out to the point where he acted out like he did with previous sitter determined to administer pills. She knew how to balance stress and medicine. If you have a cat with health issues, I highly recommend Kimberly. Since my other cat is a high strung rescue who hides from everything, Kimberly did not interact with her directly but she reassured me of signs of eating, litter activity to show she hadn't escaped when she hadn't showed after 5 days. (that is very typical of this cat, even for longer visits so no reflection on Kimberly).”

What meant the most to me was that she stayed for a few extra minutes to make sure he settled down before leaving. That level of care and patience gave me so much peace of mind. As a new puppy owner, it’s not easy trusting someone with such a young puppy, but Katherine treated him with so much kindness and attention. It was clear she genuinely cared about his well-being, and I felt completely comfortable knowing he was in such good hands. We had Nicholas care for our dog and four cats while we were away, including administering medication twice daily for one of our cats. Overall, he was reliable and made sure everyone was fed, cared for, and safe. We appreciated the photos and updates during visits. Our dog did get spooked during one walk due to a loud car and had a harder time going out after that, so more backyard time was used. There was an accident during one of the visits, which he handled and cleaned up, and we appreciated that. Overall, we’re grateful our pets were well cared for and would book again.
We just got home from a 10 day trip. Our dog, Heidi, seemed very happy and excited. This is our third time using Isaiah, and like before he was reliable and communicated very well with us. He took care of Heidi’s needs. We all enjoy his help. I highly recommend him.
