My beagle suffered from seizures occasionally, having patience is key. Growing up I’ve had every pet imaginable, all to my mother's dismay (smile). Family, neighbors and friends have appreciated my dedication, compassion, and loving nature when caring for their fur babies. My daughter and I will spoil your pet with lots of snuggles and belly rubs. I will treat your pet as if they were my own.

We boarded our two dogs (ages 8 & 13) with Elva. I knew we were in good hands after our Meet & Greet. Elva asked excellent questions and really wanted to understand our dogs' idiosyncrasies. She took great care of them - gave them a lot of affection, attention, and walks. One of our dogs is especially quirky, and Elva handled it well. She communicated well with us while we were away and sent video and photos. I wholeheartedly recommend Elva as a caregiver.
We are grateful to Elva for watching our 15 year old Milo for a week while we were away. Milo is used to his home environment and Elva was able to settle him down and make him feel comfortable in a new, unfamiliar place. She also had to administer medicine for Milo which he took with ease. We highly recommend her for your dog’s next stay away from home.
Elva did great with Henry and I came home to a happy dog!
As always my dog enjoys Elva's company and loves to hang out with her! She is exhausted from all the attention and love she received from Elva.
Elva is very communicative and was so great with Sloan while watching her over the 4th of July. Sloan is already very anxious so the fireworks don’t help, but she was very calm and well taken care of when I picked her up.
Always at ease when our girl stays with Elva!

Schedule
I'm a homemaker with weekdays free for dog walking or drop-in visits. I am also available for boarding on weekdays and weekends, so you’ll have less to worry about when you need to travel out of town or just want a night out on the town.

Safety, trust & environment
Currently, I don’t have a dog so you won’t have to worry about another dog’s temperament clashing with your pet. I have all the necessities on hand to make your pup’s stay comfortable, this eliminates the need to lug all your pet’s possessions. I can host up to two small dogs from the same household if under 40lbs each. I have a small but quant and secluded unfenced yard that is set back on the property. I have lots of potted plants, lawn chairs, an outdoor rug, and a raised bed for my annual vegetable garden. It's not much but it’s my little oasis where your pet and I can sit and relax.
A typical day
My day with be influenced by your dog’s wake/walk/feeding schedule, including any special requests to allow your dog to transition into my home as quickly as possible. My daughter and I will take nightly walks with your pet before bed to avoid any accidents. You can be assured we will give your pet lots of cuddles and kisses. I live in a quiet neighborhood with several parks within walking distance.
