About: I've been around cats and dogs my entire life and have cared for pets for as long as I can remember. About 10 years ago, I worked as a professional dog walker, and I currently volunteer with Chicago Pet Rescue. I understand that every pet has their own personality and needs, from energetic and playful to shy or senior pets. I provide dependable, compassionate care and treat every animal as if they were my own. Whether it's feeding, walks, playtime, litter box care, or simply providing companionship, my goal is to help pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their families are away. I work part-time with a flexible daytime schedule and am available for drop-in visits throughout the week. As a planner and dependable communicator, I take pride in being on time and providing consistent care. I enjoy spending time with animals and making sure they feel comfortable, safe, and cared for while their families are away. When caring for pets in a client's home, I carefully follow all instructions regarding feeding, walks, and routines. I understand that every pet is unique and do my best to help them feel comfortable and secure. I provide updates and photos when appropriate so owners can feel confident that their pets are receiving attentive, loving care.

About: When I lived in the city (Lakeview), I frequently walked an energetic golden retriever, as well as played with her indoors, refilled her water, and rewarded her with treats. I have a very flexible schedule, as I am currently job hunting, writing music, and performing gigs on week and weekend nights, leaving a lot of time for dog walking and sitting. I make sure the pet I am taking care of is comfortable and has their needs for the day met (e.g., water filled, taken outside to go to the bathroom and play, and has toys readily available).

About: I have cared for dogs of all ages since I was a young child, especially dogs of older ages. Working with animals genuinely makes my day. I am currently home from college so I currently have a very open schedule. I like to stay active, so walking with your pet will fit right into my routine! My dog, Porky, has been cared for in my home for the past fourteen years. I have learned from my mom how to properly care for dogs.

About: Ever since I was a child, I have had a passion for dogs and animals of all sorts. Growing up in the Philippines, my relatives found it strange to have such compassion for animals. I'd always begged my parents for a dog while doing avid research and volunteering at pet-related jobs to prepare myself if my dream was to come true. When I was 17, my parents finally agreed to get a dog-- but not just any dog. I wanted my dream dog: an Alaskan Malamute. Huge, stubborn, and a daily shedder, it was a huge challenge I took on myself. However, this Malamute was well trained, house-broken, and friendly. I believe I can take care of a dog of any size, temperament, or history. I am a graduate from the University of Illinois in Chicago with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology/Sociology. I volunteered at the Chicago Canine Rescue downtown where we play and walk with shelter dogs. I have copious experience with boarding, walking, and overall loving dogs. As a past dog boarder, I understand the care and attention that must be given to a pup to create a trusting bond with them. I adhere as closely as possible to the pet’s existing schedule— routine is key! Other than that, if you are comfortable with it, I can take your dog on forest walks, dog parks (only if you’d like, and with ample supervision), or on play dates with my own well-socialized dogs!

About: I have always had at least 2 animals in my house, which helped me learn how to be responsible at a young age. Then when I was older, I would help me neighbors and other friends when they went out of town, so I have been taking care of dogs/cats for a while! I am in college right now, so I will have some spare time to stop by/walk dogs. My class schedule is spread out nicely, so I will have more than enough time and flexibility. I will help your pets in your home, and try to follow their normal routine. I can crate, feed, walk, play, anything you could ever need!

About: I love hanging out with animals! I've been fortunate over the last few years to live with dogs of various ages and watched all kinds of breeds and personalities. I have experience with older dogs and more recently have experience with puppy care/training. I also have a high energy pup with separation anxiety, so plenty of applicable experience to give your furry friend the best care! Currently work flexible hours over the next few months. Typically, I'm more open in the morning but can make it work for you an your pup! Currently live in a dog friendly space in a walkable area with plenty of fun routes to take! I'm very attentive of dogs needs and always looking to read their energy. After recent experience with my puppy, I always have eyes on dogs to ensure they're happy while not getting into trouble!
