About: My first pets were 2 rats. I took care of them exclusively, bathed them, fed and cleaned up after them. The family cat Simba was mainly my responsibility with occasional help from family, and I would take care of our family dog Bentley when I was home for summers from college. I've helped care for several other animals when babysitting children, and occasionally dog sat overnight for other families over a 3 day weekend period. I've also loved my time volunteering at the local dog shelter where I walk, clean up after, and play with all the dogs up for adoption until they find their forever families. About: I’ve had a dog before and currently have three cats, Berlioz, Toulouse, and Gnocchi. Besides eating and napping, they enjoy going on walks on their wagon. I believe this sets me apart from the others because it shows how above and beyond I’ll go for a pet. In addition to walking dogs and cats, I have also cat sat and dog sat a few times!
