Please note that, while I am delighted to host your dog, the welfare of my own pets is my top priority. If your dog shows any aggression towards cats or other dogs, we will unfortunately be unable to proceed. Additionally, I require a meet-and-greet session prior to boarding to allow the pets to interact with the space and to assess compatibility with both me and my animals. For best success, I’ll need to know the following for all requests: - Do they have any allergies or take any medications? - Are they up to date with their vaccinations? - Have they been basically trained? (Sit, down, stay, come, etc). - Describe typical behavior during a walk. (How are they around other humans/animals). For Boarding, I'll also need the following: - Describe their feeding, sleep, & potty schedules. - How do they react after being left alone? Any separation anxiety (barking, digging, trash rummaging, cushion pulling)? - Do they have a crate and are they crate trained? - Are guests allowed to visit the house during boarding? No parties, just the possible one off visitor or two.

I will adhere to the provided care instructions. However, an expected potty break schedule is in the morning, mid-afternoon, evening, and before bedtime. The feeding schedule typically a feeding once in the morning and once in the evening. Weather permitting, I will take your dog on thorough walks through the neighborhood to provide ample exercise and tire them out. Additionally, my fenced-in backyard offers a perfect space for playtime, and your dog will always have a companion in Harvey. I will send daily pictures and updates (or more frequently if requested or if they are being particularly cute) to keep you informed and reassured that your pet is receiving excellent care. Jefferson Park is a lovely, quiet spot, and it's a quick walk or drive to several spacious parks, making it a true paradise for dogs!
