Noor was so patient with her - poppy was initially apprehensive to go in their house, but Noor took her time to ensure Poppy was comfortable. Noor asked questions about feeding, walks, general behavior & preferences. this put me at ease knowing she was thinking these. We did this trial daycare in preparation for a longer stay for Poppy later this year. Noor was also very communicative with texts and also a video! Each is an 8-year-old male and skittish about being separated from us (we have never left them with anyone but close family members). Lyn made them feel right at home from the moment we entered her pet friendly home. She has a warm and engaging personality and seems knowledgeable and really, really loves dogs. The dogs warmed up to her immediately and we left them totally at ease, knowing they would be safe and happy while we were gone. We really appreciate how Lyn accommodated our constantly changing plans as we were attempting to go sailing with a very unpredictable weather pattern. Thanks to Lyn, we feel we can make any future plans and be confident our dogs will be well taken care of.”
