What meant the most to me was that she stayed for a few extra minutes to make sure he settled down before leaving. That level of care and patience gave me so much peace of mind. As a new puppy owner, it’s not easy trusting someone with such a young puppy, but Katherine treated him with so much kindness and attention. It was clear she genuinely cared about his well-being, and I felt completely comfortable knowing he was in such good hands. Brianna is a pleasant, friendly young lady. My dogs loved her. She arrived when she said she would, fed the dogs, and let them romp a bit. Just what they needed. I was able to go pick up my college student and round rip home (14 hrs) without worrying about the dogs and without paying for two nights boarding. All in all, a great deal!
Ellie was an incredible caregiver for our cats. She always went the extra mile during our trip, and was responsive at all times. One of our cats is a bit of a handful, and Ellie cared for him with ease (and lots of love). We are thankful to her for all of her hard work and attention. We can’t recommend Ellie more highly!
