He kept me informed with photos and texts and was so gentle and kind. I felt completely safe and full of trust that he had them comfortable during the heatwave that hit this week. Keri was so great with our 4 cats. She took such great care of them. There were some detailed feeding instructions and she followed them completely. She opened the windows for the cats while she was there (weather permitting per my request)so they could watch the birds. When out wifi went out she helped us out with rebooting the router.
