They even took her on little adventures to get doggie ice cream and nice walks around the neighborhood, aside from plenty of outside time in their own fenced-in backyard! Gabriela was super great about texting updates and super cute pics of my girl! And they even got her to eat a good bit while I was away even though she usually tries to go on a hunger strike in my absence. Gabriela met us for like 15 mins at the local park before boarding and got to know my dog and garner some info from me, which I really appreciated and not a lot of boarders do that! My girl was very happy when I picked her up and I would absolutely rebook Gabriela and Richard! Highly recommend!”

On our first meet and great prior to boarding, our girls took to Suzanne immediately, this was GREAT to see since we booked a sixteen night stay! Elizabeth needed to have oral medication twice daily and Suzanne was happy to make sure Elizabeth's needs were met. We were pleased with how well our girls got along with Suzanne's new puppy, Harley ?, and her fenced-in yard provided a safe outdoor space for our girls to hang out. Suzanne was great at sending photos and videos, to keep us updated on how our girls were doing throughout our trip. When we picked our dogs up, we found two very happy girls, that had a great time in Suzanne's care. Even with a wonderful grassy fenced-in backyard to play in, Camille also took our dog for two walks along the peaceful tree-lined neighborhood she resides in. Our dog is generally anxious in new settings but, when I came to pick him up, he was completely relaxed on the rug along with their dog, Rosie. With other Rover sitters, he usually bolts for me and the door simultaneously with a wide-eyed frenzy which I had always chalked up to his anxious personality. When my dog didn't bolt, I knew immediately that she had been especially hospitable kind and loving towards him - for him to feel so safe and look so comfortable and at home. I saw it in his manner and felt it in my gut. There is only one other Rover sitter (out of many we have tried) that has had this effect on him. I highly recommend Camille to take care of your dog because she has something special. I would be willing to drive 30 minutes out of my way and back to have her take care of our dog. I walk them twice a day, play outside with them (weather permitting) and feed them and administer meds as needed I currently work part time in the evenings so I am available every day all day and on the weekends. My schedule is available for overnight care at your home, daily drop-ins, single visits, or walks. Please ask me about any accommodations you may need and I will see if I can provide them. In your house, I am happy to follow any instructions about leashed or unleashed time on walks or in your backyard, will feed on your schedule, and can spend time with your pet as much as you need. I am happy to try and accommodate any changes you may need to make, give updates with photos, and tell you any behavioral or medical changes as soon as possible.
About: I've been around animals my whole life, so caring for pets comes naturally to me. I currently have a cat and a dog, and I've also raised five puppies, which gave me plenty of hands-on experience with potty training, socialization, and creating healthy routines. I'm available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with open availability on weekends. I'm happy to accommodate morning visits, midday drop-ins, and weekend pet care whenever possible. I care for every pet as if they were my own. In a client's home, I make it a priority to stick to their pet's normal routine, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, potty breaks, and any special instructions. I always make sure pets have fresh water, plenty of attention, and a safe, comfortable environment. I also provide regular updates and photos so owners can have peace of mind while they're away.

“Gabriela and Richard were so kind and sweet with my toy poodle! They even took her on little adventures to get doggie ice cream and nice walks around the neighborhood, aside from plenty of outside time in their own fenced-in backyard! Gabriela was super great about texting updates and super cute pics of my girl! And they even got her to eat a good bit while I was away even though she usually tries to go on a hunger strike in my absence. Gabriela met us for like 15 mins at the local park before boarding and got to know my dog and garner some info from me, which I really appreciated and not a lot of boarders do that! My girl was very happy when I picked her up and I would absolutely rebook Gabriela and Richard! Highly recommend!”

About: I am a sound healer, wife, mother to my toddler and animals. My husband is a city of chicago worker and we love the chicago area :) We are very active and love to go on long walks and love being outside with our dogs! I absolutely adore cats and love to spend time feeding the feral cats in my neighborhood. In my spare time I also love to go to the local park with my daughter to watch the squirrels and birds. I love nature. I am good with all types of animals and they love me! We have 2 dogs and 3 cats, and some chickens in our backyard. About: I have a degree in veterinary assistant, and I also ran my own dog-walking business for 10 years before 2020 hit. After 2020, I started taking my clients' dogs into my house when they went on vacation. I have loved animals my whole life. I do have a Bird that is 15 years old. I have two boys, ages 5 and 9. My oldest son has autism and loves every dog that comes into our house. My youngest loves to spoil the dogs that come to the house. I only take one dog family at a time, so you know that your dog will be taken good care of and have all the love. I am a stay-at-home mom. I am home all the time. I take the kids to school and pick them up. I will be with them the Whole time they are here. I go for walks with the dogs three times a day, sometimes more if they need to go outside. I do live in a house with a basement, so they have free roam of the house. They have plenty of room to roam around.
