“Thao has kept my Golden Retriever, Sully, for two different stays when I have needed to board him when my husband and I travel. Once was for a 4 day stint and the other time was for a short weekend. She is very communicable via cell phone and responds to messages very quickly and responsibly. She has sent me updates of Sully with photos and videos and been very nice. It's been really great to be able to leave home and feel confident and trust that my dog is in good hands. She has even come to my home to pick him up before when I haven't had time to drop him off, and she's been very flexible and easy to work with. If you need to leave your pet with someone when you are vacationing, I would HIGHLY recommend her! “Katelyn and Andrew are AWESOME! I booked them to watch my two fur babies for two nights/three days in their home. The meet and greet was very detailed, Katelyn took notes on everything including feeding, medications, potty schedules and their normal day to day routine. While she was taking notes Andrew was playing with the girls and asking all about their personalities. They have a lovely home that backs up to a park with walking paths. I dropped the girls off on Thursday and picked them up on Saturday afternoon. Katelyn and Andrew were very flexible with my schedule and that gave me peace of mind that if something unexpected happened they had me covered. They sent pictures daily with updates of the girls activities and Andrew works from home so my girls were spoiled all day and night! I highly recommend this easy going dog loving couple to watch your precious pups, they are the BEST!”
