Cindy is super nice, shared lots of photos and updates with us, and has an amazing, big, fenced-in backyard that allowed our dog to explore and walk around in safely. Cindy took the time to have a nice meet and greet with us before we decided to board our dog with her, and to make sure our pup got along with her dog Coco, who is super sweet and very easy going. “Julia helped us with a last minute weekend stay for our senior dog. She sent daily pictures with updates about how he was doing. She’s had a senior dog herself and was familiar with his medicine and was able to give the pills without a problem. Her home had no stairs, which was perfect for our dog since he has arthritis. She lives in a beautiful, quiet, safe neighborhood with minimal traffic and sidewalks perfect for walks.”

We had a wonderful experience with Balaji. We needed a sitter for our two week international trip and were nervous because this was our one-year-old toy poodle's first time being away from us. From the very beginning, Balaji reassured us that our dog would be well cared for. He even offered a short trial stay at his home so our dog could become familiar with the environment before the boarding stay. During that two hour trial stay, Balaji sent us photos and videos, which gave us confidence that our dog was comfortable and in good hands. Throughout the two week boarding period, Balaji sent multiple photos and videos every day, allowing us to see that our dog was comfortable and receiving good care. He was also very responsive and replied to our messages very quickly. Knowing that our dog was in such caring hands made it much easier for us to enjoy our trip. We couldn't have been happier with the care our two Shih Tzus received during their 9-day stay. From the moment we left, we felt completely at ease knowing they were in such good hands.
