We had a wonderful experience with Balaji. We needed a sitter for our two week international trip and were nervous because this was our one-year-old toy poodle's first time being away from us. He even offered a short trial stay at his home so our dog could become familiar with the environment before the boarding stay. During that two hour trial stay, Balaji sent us photos and videos, which gave us confidence that our dog was comfortable and in good hands. We couldn't have been happier with the care our two Shih Tzus received during their 9-day stay. From the moment we left, we felt completely at ease knowing they were in such good hands. Stephanie is the ABSOLUTE BEST! My pup is high anxiety and didn't do well at those fancy pet resorts. Stephanie made sure he was well cared for while we were out of the country for 2 weeks. She asked that I write down his daily routine so she can closely stick to his schedule.
