Cindy is super nice, shared lots of photos and updates with us, and has an amazing, big, fenced-in backyard that allowed our dog to explore and walk around in safely. Cindy took the time to have a nice meet and greet with us before we decided to board our dog with her, and to make sure our pup got along with her dog Coco, who is super sweet and very easy going. She’s had a senior dog herself and was familiar with his medicine and was able to give the pills without a problem. Her home had no stairs, which was perfect for our dog since he has arthritis. We had a wonderful experience with Balaji. We needed a sitter for our two week international trip and were nervous because this was our one-year-old toy poodle's first time being away from us. From the very beginning, Balaji reassured us that our dog would be well cared for. He even offered a short trial stay at his home so our dog could become familiar with the environment before the boarding stay. During that two hour trial stay, Balaji sent us photos and videos, which gave us confidence that our dog was comfortable and in good hands. Throughout the two week boarding period, Balaji sent multiple photos and videos every day, allowing us to see that our dog was comfortable and receiving good care. He was also very responsive and replied to our messages very quickly. Knowing that our dog was in such caring hands made it much easier for us to enjoy our trip. We couldn't have been happier with the care our two Shih Tzus received during their 9-day stay. From the moment we left, we felt completely at ease knowing they were in such good hands. Hannah is an absolute professional and manages even difficult situations with such grace. I adopted my anxious, 75-pound girl, Maya, just three months ago and was very concerned about leaving her with strangers, especially since I am still getting to know her myself. Hannah allowed us to visit before our trip so that Maya could get comfortable there. One of things that led me to book with Hannah is that someone is home almost all the time, which was extremely important for my anxious pup. When it came time for our trip, Maya was ill, but Hannah welcomed her even though she was not feeling her best. I am very grateful for Hannah's dedication and we will definitely book again.
We were so happy with the care that was provided for our two dogs. We received pictures of our dogs. They looked happy. She alway went the extra mile for our dogs. One of the dogs was licking his paw alot and she provided care for him. She kept us informed and we were confident of her care. We are so thankful and will definitely recommend her with your dog.

We were away for a week and while we missed Sarge very much, we were at great ease with the care he recieved. Sarge got along great with their two absolutely adorable dogs. Stephanie is the ABSOLUTE BEST! My pup is high anxiety and didn't do well at those fancy pet resorts. Stephanie made sure he was well cared for while we were out of the country for 2 weeks. She asked that I write down his daily routine so she can closely stick to his schedule. She also sent daily updates and photos to ease my mind knowing how tough it was for me to be away for a long period. Knowing she is studying to be a veterinary assistant was icing on the cake.
