Our dog is older and has some higher needs but Kent managed them very easily, and he even sent a few pictures and notes to check in with us throughout the stay. Kent was also very responsive, flexible and easy to work with regarding drop off and pickup times. I accidentally miscommunicated my pickup time on our way back from our trip, and when I realized the error and messaged Kent he was quick to adapt to accommodate us. They even took her on little adventures to get doggie ice cream and nice walks around the neighborhood, aside from plenty of outside time in their own fenced-in backyard! Gabriela was super great about texting updates and super cute pics of my girl! And they even got her to eat a good bit while I was away even though she usually tries to go on a hunger strike in my absence. Gabriela met us for like 15 mins at the local park before boarding and got to know my dog and garner some info from me, which I really appreciated and not a lot of boarders do that!
