Gabriela met us for like 15 mins at the local park before boarding and got to know my dog and garner some info from me, which I really appreciated and not a lot of boarders do that! Kelly took care of my dog and cat, and she was seriously the best. She kept us updated with check ins, updates, and photos. She was so patient with my cat and was actually able to get him to come out and be with her, which has never happened before. You could tell she truly cares about animals and treats them as her own. I felt like I was actually able to relax knowing my babies were so well taken care of. Very grateful to find her!
