“We had to leave our 4 yr old golden doodle boy with Matthew & Michelle for a week. This was his very first time without our company since he was brought home from the breeder 4 years ago. We were pretty worried if he could adjust himself to an absolutely new environment. But we were relieved with the care that Matthew & Michelle provided to our baby. First of all, they provided us a very flexible time to drop off and pick up, and then sent us the updates and photos every day. They allowed him to freely stay anywhere in the house just the way how he does at his own home. They walked him couple times a day, played with him in their backyard with his favorite toy, took him to the Memorial Day parade, allowed him to lay next to them while they were working, and gave him new toys to play. We could tell easily that how comfortable Simba felt staying with Matthew & Michelle! Thank you so much Matthew & Michelle for your excellent job on taking care of Simba! This was our first time using Kim to watch our dog and we will definitely use again! She is a quick communicator and let me know how my dog was doing. She was so sweet and didn't seem bothered by my drama dog who is afraid of rain during a week it rained a lot! I highly recommend Kim!
I was so nervous looking for a sitter to board my baby Apollo (cat), but taking to Melissa and actually meeting her made me feel so much better about this decision. Not only did she reassure me everyday Apollo was adjusting and having fun, she also sent pictures everyday! I will definitely be rebooking with Melissa in the near future. 😊
Came through for my very last minute request and had no issues whatsoever! My first ever experience ever using a pet sitter and all my worries quickly went away especially after seeing my pup have fun. Kim is a fantastic sitter, who is very understanding of my dog's needs. She worked with him through some behavioral issues he was having in a new environment/setting. She is extremely knowledgeable about dogs and how to care for them. Unfortunately, her care is not the right fit for my dog, but it is no reflection of the care and support that she gave him throughout his visits. I would recommend Kim to friends and family.
Maricela was great with our pup! We received regular updates, generally a few times a day, with photos of their daily activities, which made being away from our little guy a little easier. She was very easy with drop off and pickup, quick to communicate and took great care of Hugo. Definitely recommend!
Great first stay for Bingo. Robert was very willing to work with Bingo to make her feel part of the pack. The daily updates showed how she was enjoying her stay and making new friends. We know Bingo will be happy and well cared for when staying with Robert, Percy and Teddy.
Edgar helped us out last minute. He communicated during the entire two night stay, provided lots of pictures and updates and was patient and understanding with our dog since this was the first time we had left him with someone else. We appreciated everything he did for our dog and can’t recommend him enough! Thank you Edgar and his kids for loving our dog while we were gone!
Ashley was incredible! She sent an update with pictures every evening so we knew what they were up to and gave peace of mind while missing our girl. She was so attentive to Winnie - Let us know when her ear seemed to bother her and was down to clean her ears and offered to go purchase solution if needed. She checked with us prior to be sure Winnie could have a piece of Thanksgiving turkey and even got her a special toy during her own errand run which she still carries around. Couldn’t have asked for a better sitter! Would recommend to anyone!
