About: I've taken care of pets ever since I was a kid. When I was in high school, my family hosted dogs of all sizes, including one of my favorites, a Burnese Mountain Dog named Ruby. Lately I've had the chance to watch my brother's two dogs (as seen in my bio pics) when he travels. I work a semi-active full time job over the week, with plenty of energy to spare when I'm not working. I am fully available over the weekends from Friday evening straight through to Sunday! I also am free on weekdays for walks or drop-ins as long as it's before 7:30 am or after 5 pm. Your dog will stay in a cozy, smoke-free condo where they are welcome on the furniture and bed. While I don't have a yard, I love taking long, frequent walks around the neighborhood. For their comfort and safety, I host one family at a time and ask that owners provide the dog's preferred bed or crate if possible

“I was a bit anxious because my pup is still young and he never stayed at someone else's house before, and it is first time in a while for me being away from my pup, but Barbara made me feel at ease!! “Steph was awesome! This was my first experience with Rover and I have a Boykin Spaniel, which is a 16 month old 40lb high energy hunting machine. She excepted the challenge and treated Kola like he was her own. Very pleased with the whole experience and Steph. I took a fly-in fishing to the northern woods of Canada and due to fires and bad weather in the area had to extend my stay for an additional two days up there because the float plane couldn't come get us. Steph rearranged her schedule to accommodate me. I didn't expect her to do that but greatly appreciate her for doing so. Kyro absolutely LOVES Kealah’s home. He was so excited to see her when I dropped him off which let me know that he is in good hands and feels safe there. This is huge to me because Kyro is my baby ☺️. She was very sweet and communicated with me frequently about how he was doing and even sent pictures. I was happy to learn that her daughter and Kyro were getting along great and playing for hours. I will be a repeat customer again and again!
