About: As a lifelong animal lover and experienced pet owner, I understand how much trust it takes to leave your pet in someone else’s care. I have a male Chihuahua-Terrier mix who stays with me part-time and gets along well with other dogs. I am the go-to pet sitter for friends and family, because my goal is to make every pet feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. Whether your dog enjoys long walks, indoor or outdoor play sessions, or relaxing with lots of cuddles, I’ll tailor their care to their unique personality and routine. I also have experience taking care of senior dogs and am comfortable administering medication, preparing special diets, and providing extra care and attention. I love having dogs around and would be delighted to welcome your pet into my home. For everyone’s comfort and safety, I ask that dogs be friendly around children, adults, and other dogs. Meet and greets—virtual or in person—are required before booking so we can make sure it’s a great fit for everyone. I can’t wait to meet you and your furry family member! I work a flexible hybrid schedule, with three days per week at home and my office is close enough to come home midday on office days for walks and all your pet’s needs. I live in a spacious townhome and do not have a fenced yard, but if your dog enjoys leashed walks and outdoor playtime, I have easy access to open outdoor spaces, parks, and nature trails. In my home, dogs are a part of the family and welcome to make themselves comfortable just as they would in your home. They are welcome to relax on the couch, snooze on the bed, or use their own bed or crate if that’s most comfortable. I want your dog (and you) to feel relaxed and safe until your return.

She excepted the challenge and treated Kola like he was her own. Very pleased with the whole experience and Steph. I took a fly-in fishing to the northern woods of Canada and due to fires and bad weather in the area had to extend my stay for an additional two days up there because the float plane couldn't come get us. Steph rearranged her schedule to accommodate me. I didn't expect her to do that but greatly appreciate her for doing so. I highly recommend Steph, will use her again in the future (that is if she'll let me LOL).”

I also have a senior male Australian Shedperd who loves to play with other dogs, so your pet will have a friendly companion during the stay.

But we can see she must have had good walks and play time with 30k steps the first day she 31k the 2nd day. The only other time we boarded her was at a professional kennel where she had a max of 800 steps for one day. So huge difference. Thank you! The pics were greatly appreciated as well!
