About: I have been taking care of dogs ranging from a few lbs to 100+ lbs for years! I have also been caring for different types of cats just as long :) Growing up we always had a dog in the house, so that has made me super comfortable to be around them. Whether I’m walking, feeding, cleaning, or administering medication, I am definitely not afraid of the job! I am a proud mama of 2 cats named Archie and Simon. They are my absolute world! I will make sure to give your pets the same care, caution, attention, and love I give my boys! Pet care has always been a passion of mine. In fact, I went to school for it! Although I did not end up pursuing my desire to become a veterinarian, I still try to incorporate that love for animals in my day to day life! I have an extremely flexible work schedule that allows me to almost work fully remote. I would be able to stop over at the house pretty much whenever you need me to. My work set up also allows me to work anywhere if needed. My weekends are almost always open as well! I will always make sure to talk through your expectations to ensure you are comfortable with the nature of each type of visit. I typically would not host any pets in our home. We have a fenced in backyard and several spaces; however, I would not want to put your pet or my cats in an uncomfortable space. At a clients home, I am more than comfortable with backyard access, crate training, cleaning litter boxes, accessing food/water, and any other requirements for the visit! (Totally fine bringing in mail/watering plants!) I will only access the spaces you need me to. I am also fine spending the night if needed. That would be something we could discuss case by case!

“This was the first time that I had Isaac watch my dogs. I had him house/dog sit for me. I originally chose him because of his professionalism in our texting discussions and his promptness with returning messages. We had an initial meet and greet, which he was on time for, and the dogs seemed to like him right away. While I was gone, Isaac sent pictures and updates of how things were going. When I got home, I was amazed at how clean my house was. Typically when I get home from a trip there is dog fur everywhere because my dogs shed very badly. I usually tell my dog sitters where the vacuum is in case the hair starts to bother them, but I do not expect them to vacuum the house for me. However, I never mentioned any of this to Isaac, he just took it upon himself to vacuum the house. The blankets were folded nicely on the dog beds, and on the couch. He even got my mail out of the mailbox and left it sitting for me in the house. These were all extra things that I never asked of him, he just took the initiative to do these things on his own. It was nice coming home to a house I didn’t have to immediately vacuum! I can’t say enough good things about Isaac, I will definitely check with him first when I have to leave town again!”

We booked him to stay at our house while we were out of town for a week, and now that we're home, we have nothing but great things to say. Philip sent daily updates with lots of fun details and great photos, and it was obvious he was incredibly attentive to our dogs' needs. He was always quick to respond to messages and was very accommodating when our travel plans changed and we ended up returning a day earlier than expected. We left plenty of detailed instructions about both the dogs and the house, and it was clear that Philip paid attention to every detail. Our dogs can be challenging to walk because of leash reactivity, but Philip understood their behavior and managed them perfectly. About: I’ve taken care of up to 4 dogs at a time. I have 6 years of experience. I have taken care of senior dogs, aggressive dogs, and easy dogs. I have always been a dog person and love taking care of them! I will make sure your animals feel loved and safe when you are away. I have a fenced yard for my dog. He is aggressive and pulls on walks but we are working on it and I am capable of making sure he still gets out for walks, I am in shape so this makes it possible for me to do.
