About: I have been around dogs my entire life and have had my family dog for 9 years now. I do a lot of the caring for my dog. I played an integral part in my dog’s recovery from knee surgery. I have also dog sat many times for dogs of all ages from 1-2 year old dogs to elderly dogs. I was also a dog sitter for my college canine companion club for 2 years. This taught me a lot about dog training, etiquette, and respect. While taking care of these dogs, I walked them, gave them food and water, played with the dogs, gave the dogs their medications, worked on owner specified training, and made sure that the dogs were comfortable and happy. I have always loved dogs, listened to their body language, and respected them. I am available to sit for single dog households and multiple pet or dog and cat households. I look forward to meeting your furry family members! Starting Jan 5 I am not available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 3-8:30pm and Saturday 1-5:30, but I am otherwise available to play with and take care of your furry family members. Starting Jan 26, I am not available Monday or Wednesday, Tuesday from 3-8:30pm, Thursday from 7-9:30pm, Friday 8:30-11:30am, or Saturday 1-5:30, but I am otherwise available to play with and take care of your furry family members. I do not offer in my home care. I am glad to talk about any and all routines and rules you want me to follow with your pet (within reason). I am great at reading body language of your furry family members and will do my absolute best at following both your instructions and expectations as well as making sure your furry family members are listened to, comfortable, and happy. I will always treat your furry family members like they are family.

About: I have several years of experience watching dogs and cats. It's truly more of a passion than a job! I always form a strong bond of trust and security with the pets I meet. I am available any time on Thursday, Friday, and Sunday. I work short shifts at my other job all other days of the week. My availability is as follows: Monday - 7am-3pm, 8pm-12am Tuesday - 7am-3pm, 8pm-12am Wednesday - 7am-3pm, 8pm-12am Saturday - 7am-9pm, 1pm-12am I'm good at reading pets' emotions. I know how to calm them if they're nervous or territorial. I enjoy playing with them, giving them the attention to deserve!

About: I have experience caring for dogs of all sizes, ages, personalities and needs! I also have experience caring for felines and chinchillas! I am experienced in administering medications! I currently work from home but am available for short potty breaks in the Lombard area! Also available nights and weekends! I can also do house sitting! I have worked with people who have fenced in back yards and people who do not and utilize leads and am comfortable with either. I like to watch potty breaks, even if the yard is fenced in to making sure nothing is ingested outside!

About: Ever since I was 17 I’ve been taking care of dogs from family friends to school friends! Ive had over 7 dogs of my own and have trained most of them with my brothers help! I do work at an animal hospital so I’m qualified to give medications as well as being able to notice and take care of minor medical situations like digestive issues. I’m able to give nail trims and do eat and eye cleanings do to my experience with my 3 Maltese and I’m able to handle bigger breed dogs with a lot of energy since I have had several pit bulls and retrievers! I’m always keeping parents updated since I know how much we miss our fur babies! Very open to accommodations! I’m currently working at the animal hospital during the mornings on weekdays and some weekends but I’m always able to switch shifts around if necessary :) When at your home I will make sure your pet feels safe around me and doesn’t feel like I’m Intruding in its home! (Please feel free to leave me notes on your pets personality so I can better adjust the way I interact/play with them to make them feel as comfortable as needed!)

I’m taking the leap to retire early from teaching, and my children are adults now so I am open and free to help you in anyway you need! Every dog and every home has different expectations to keep their pets comfortable and stress-free. I would stay at your house to care for your pets for as long as your dog needs, and fulfill any care requirements that your dog is used to when you yourself are home. I will play with and cuddle with your dog as much as they like and need!

About: I have taken care of many different kinds of dogs from small and large. I have cared for dogs while owners went on vacation whether boarding them at my home or coming over 3-4 times a day, and I love spending time with them . I have cared for both young and older dogs who may require certain medication or specified care. My whole life I have been surrounded by animals,even owning a little hobby farm of my own which includes 2 dogs, a horse and chickens! I care for others pets as if they were mine and wouldn’t want anyone to expect anything less , as many of us treat our fur babies as if they were our kids! I only work night shift on the weekends and a majority of the time I am available. My college schedule permits me from seeing your pet from 8am to 12 pm ,however, I can come in the early hours of the morning followed by the afternoon and evening. I have a large fenced yard and provide my dogs with a lot of time outdoors. Your dog is guaranteed company as I have two friendly pups. I offer taking dogs for walks or letting them out in the backyard.
