About: Being a bunny owner, I take a very patient approach towards each animal I am caring for. I prefer to know their habits and quirks before I begin our journey of knowing each other. I pay very close attention to each animals body language and move forwards based on that. Growing up I was extremely obsessed with my families dogs and cats. My first pet was a grey cockatiel bird that I rescued, shortly after I got my first yellow lab. Ever since, I have been very involved in taking care of many of my family or friends pets while they are away. I have taken care of extremely small puppies, fish, birds, bunnies, and cats, to nervous, and anxious big labs ! I heavily enjoy spending time next to a furry creature and I even have a bunny of my own named Diva. She has been a very long lesson in attention to attitude when it comes to handling an animal. I am more than available during the day or night to take care of any animal, I do not have a current job so I am free during awkward hours. I make sure to follow the directions my clients have left for me, I often ask more information on the personality of the animal so I understand our boundaries !

About: Why do I do what I do? Because there's no feeling like receiving that first tail wag, head bump, or slobbery kiss. My calling is to advocate for the ones who can't do it themselves and to care for them. Having 6 cats and some reptiles of my own and being a Veterinary Technician is what my life consists of and I love it. Being a Veterinary Technician aids me in many ways while pet sitting. Being able to read animals body language and understand their ways of communicating allow me to bond and build trust with my pet friends. I'm comfortable with all breeds, temperaments, special needs, and feline friends(spicy ones too). Building that bond with all my furry friends is what brings joy to my soul. Making sure every pet is happy, healthy, and feels safe are my main priority, always! I have the luxury of creating my own schedule so fortunately I am very flexible. Lately I have been sitting, walking, and doing drop-ins on a more regular basis. I do have a part-time job, but that schedule is made according to my business schedule. Pet care comes first! It's all about your pets safety and comfort thats my main priority. All of my services will be done in your home to make things as stress free as possible for your pets. I currently work a part time serving job 2–3 evenings a week, just 7 minutes from our apartment. My shifts are only a couple of hours, and my boyfriend is usually home from work before I leave or shortly after. Because of this, if your pup stays with us, they would never be alone for more than about 1.5 hours. Outside of those short shifts, I’m home and able to give your pup plenty of attention, playtime, walks, and lots of love! I love creating a safe, comfortable, and fun environment where pups can feel right at home! Most mornings, I enjoy spending time playing with my own pup, whether we’re tossing a toy around, enjoying some time outside, or doing enrichment activities. Our apartment has more of a townhome feel, with a fenced-in outdoor area where pups can safely get some fresh air and play. We also a tree that keeps my pup entertained for hours thanks to all the squirrels that love hanging out there! We live in a quiet, dog friendly neighborhood with plenty of space for walks and exploring. I’m happy to follow your pet’s usual routine and make sure they get the attention, exercise, and enrichment they’re used to while they’re in my care. Most importantly, I want every pup to feel they are at home while they are with us!

I’m working but make my own hours so can accommodate varying schedules. Love to take long walks on weekends in my neighborhood or at nearby parks. I have a fenced in yard.
