8. Giselle R.
“This was our 1st time trying Rover, we were looking for a very reliable animal lover to take care of our 3 Somali cats, we definitely got exactly who we we’re looking for with Giselle!! We were out of town for over a week & she came over twice a day & took the best care of our Jessie, Joey & Jeremy, Jessie is 15 1/2 & mainly eats dry food upstairs in our room, while our 1 1/2 year old boys eat wet food, so it can be tricky making sure the boys don’t eat any of Jessie’s dry food as it contains chicken that they cannot eat. Giselle made sure everyone had their own food, fresh water & did an excellent job cleaning our 3 litter boxes. We 100% trusted her not only with our 3 fur babies lives but also to come into our house twice a day, she is very responsible with everything & we will definitely have her continue being our go to pet sitter for our Jessie, Joey & Jeremy!! We also really appreciated & loved reading how each cat was doing every day along with pictures of all 3 cats & how much food they ate each day. We definitely recommend Giselle to anyone who is looking for a very reliable & responsible pet sitter who absolutely loves animals!!”

About: I have taken care of pets since I was little. Our family always had dogs in our household. Since I live separately, I have had three dogs of my own. Your dog won't be bored with me, as I love to play with them, go for walks, and do whatever they like to do 🐾 I will treat your dog as my own 🤗 I’m working from 9am-5pm, so I can feed and take for a walk in the morning and evening before/after my work. Also I can stay overnight at dog/cat house. I don't have fance yard yet but I can walk with your dog in the neighborhood or even go to some park or forest. R
14. Yesica R.
“Yesi was absolutely great with our two cats and did a phenomenal job house sitting. She took care of everything perfectly and went above and beyond to take extra precautions during the Covid-19 pandemic. She even took the initiative to do some tasks like watering plants that we did not ask of her. Overall we were extremely impressed and will definitely be repeat customers!”

About: I work from home, so I spend a lot of my day with my cats. My work is very flexible, and not overly demanding, so I would be able to step away and check in on your kitty at any time you’d need. Since I work from home, I also find myself with more time in my day, which is why I signed up with Rover! I do not have kids (except for my fur babies) so I really don’t have much preventing me from dropping in whenever you would need me! I also spend a few Saturdays a month volunteering with cats at a local animal shelter. When I visit my friends, I spend a lot of time trying to get to know their cats. Given my flexible work schedule, I would easily be able to fit drop-ins into my weekly routine. If you need me to come by at a specific time, I would likely be able to honor that time. My home has two water fountains that my husband I maintain. Each morning, I top off the water fountains with fresh water. I have the fountain filters on a subscribe and save, and a calendar reminder on my phone to clean the fountains every 2 weeks. I care a lot about my cats’ water being fresh and clean, as I’d want to drink water that way. My cats have an automatic feeder for their dry food, and are served wet food every night. They each get a few Greenies each morning, and the occasional treat through the day. I trim their nails every week. My short haired cat gets brushed every week, while my medium haired cat gets brushed every day or two to prevent matting. We have two litter boxes (would love a third but are limited on space). We use Pretty Litter, which changes color if urine pH is off. Fortunately, it’s never been a concerning color. I scoop the litter every few days, and we change the litter and clean the boxes/mats every 2 weeks. Working from home has been a blessing because there is plenty of opportunities in the day to pause and play with my kitties. We have a variety of tunnels and toys. My husband also built a cat condo into the wall, with scratching and climbing posts.
16. Cierra G.
“Cierra did a great job communicating with me and taking care of Anchovy! He’s still a little shy but she took he time to get his trust and sent cute photos!”
17. Karen E.
“Karen was amazing and our dog just loved her! I felt so at ease knowing Karen would be here to let her out, feed her, love her and walk her. I highly recommend Karen E.”
18. John O.
“I used to live in the same complex as John and when I had work meetings, work travel, travel in general or would be gone for the night I would have John watch my dog Louie. Louie was always so happy to see John and actually became best friends with his dog! He would walk Louie with no issue, feed him on time, and make sure he took his meds when needed! John will take care of your dog and make sure they are happy as can be! I might not live in the same complex as him but when I need someone to watch my dog Louie I ask John still!”
19. Emili X.
“Emili is one of my previous neighbors. She is a well mannered lady and she has house sat my cat for me numerous times when needed. She’s very prompt and has helped me a lot, there’s not many people I know that I can rely on or trust to watch my cat.”
20. Kelly S.
“Excellent animal lover- clearly knows how to vibe with animals. Kelly watched/took care of our recovering cat- administered meds appropriately and helped him to gain some weight while we were gone. We know our boy was well taken care of by how calm he was when he got home. I highly recommend Kelly- great communication, very attentive.”
