“Steph was awesome! This was my first experience with Rover and I have a Boykin Spaniel, which is a 16 month old 40lb high energy hunting machine. She excepted the challenge and treated Kola like he was her own. Very pleased with the whole experience and Steph. I took a fly-in fishing to the northern woods of Canada and due to fires and bad weather in the area had to extend my stay for an additional two days up there because the float plane couldn't come get us. Steph rearranged her schedule to accommodate me. I didn't expect her to do that but greatly appreciate her for doing so. From the beginning, she was super responsive and very responsible, from the meet and greet thru a few changes I needed to make after booking. We had a great experience with Allis. She was very genuine from the moment we had our meet and greet. She understood our concerns with our doodle, who can be tempermental at times. Communicated with us everyday and our dog connected with her and her family. We highly recommend and would definitely board with her in the future.
We left our 5-month-old Sheepoo with this sitter for the first time while we were away on a weekend trip, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Communication was excellent from the start—the sitter was always quick to respond and kept us updated regularly. Most importantly, it was clear how much they genuinely cared for and loved our puppy, which gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. Before his stay, our puppy was very hesitant during walks and would often get scared by passing cars. To our surprise, after spending time with this sitter, he became much more confident and comfortable on walks. We were amazed by the improvement. I really bad at post reviews right away because I tend to forget. Lindsey did amazing with Oreo. She was understanding around pick up as I was working out of town and had to have a family member do a pick up. Oreo slept most of the day after coming back homes. She sent me updates and photo and it liked like Oreo was having a blast which is amazing. As a traveler for work it really hard finding someone to wait your pet. I am happy to have found her.
I have used a handful of sitters for boarding and Shelby was my favorite. I found her last minute and was so relieved to find someone I can leave my girls with that I felt completely comfortable with. she was completely flexible with my schedule with my flight being delayed and pushing my pickup time to very late.
