About: I have experience caring for dogs of all sizes, from puppies to seniors. Although I’m new to Rover, I’ve been caring for dogs for over 25 years. My last dog Barney had passed away recently due to an old age and illness. I’ve decided to help others care for their furry family members while they’re away on vacation or traveling. I remember how hard it was for me to leave my pup with a stranger. I can assure you, when you entrust me with your dog I will treat him like my own. They will get lots of love and all the care they need. My former dog had diabetes because of that, I’m skilled at administering insulin shots as well as other meds. I’m at stay at home mom, which means I’m always home and ready to play with your pup and make sure your dog feels loved and secure when you’re away. My kids are at school during the day, which allows me a ton of flexibility. I can take your dog for walks or Pup Cup runs whenever we feel like it. I have a fenced in yard which means your dog can have as many bathroom breaks as they need. I also enjoy going out for walks and I would love a four legged friend to keep me company. I have 3 boys who grew up with dogs and have the same passion for animals as their mom. My kids are very gentle with animals, and were taught to give dogs space when the animal needs it. I recognize that oftentimes dogs will need some time to acclimate to their new environment. I’m very patient and will give your dog all the space they may need to feel comfortable. I typically do not use a crate unless that is your preference. Dogs are welcome to snuggle on the couch and jump on the bed if they choose to.

About: We are a dog-less home since our dog passed about a year ago. I sure do love having visitors, and a dog to love while they are here with me! We adopted our dog 14 years ago at 5 months old, and for the past 10 years I have been very involved with fostering and volunteering for a local rescue. This has given me so much experience with many different dog personalities and helped me learn how to best introduce them to a new environment. I have so much more knowledge about dog behaviors in general since fostering. I have fostered 30+ dogs thus far, handled at adoption shows, transported dogs to vet visits and selected adopters for my fosters. I feel very qualified to give your dog all the care and love they need and deserve while you are away! I am home during the day, and I am very happy to have your dog here to love and spoil while they are in my care. Your dog will always have plenty of love and attention when they are with me, and their needs will always be met. When they are here they are family! I am retired and home all day. If your dog likes to sleep in a room with someone, they can either sleep on the bed with me or on their bed or in their crate in the same room with me We are in a townhome with a walkout patio. I love to spend time outside with the dogs, and they are always secure with a leash or tie out cable. I am always with them. We are very careful about doors opening, and people coming in and out. Your pet is safe with me.

About: I have had dogs most of my life. From my childhood dog to the ones I raised as an adult. I have potty-trained dogs to use a bell to indicate they have to go out, taught them to back away from table food, and to give up stolen items. I will treat your dog lovingly and as if they are my own. I am mostly retired and home the majority of the day. The dog will go no longer than 4 hours without a potty break, and most days it will be shorter than that. Your pet will be the only one in the house with me. I block off my stairs so the dog is always very close and mostly within eyesight.

About: My journey with Rover began approximately 8 years ago and it's been a delight to meet and care for furry babies when their parents were in need of a responisible and trusted caretaker. At that time, my Lola, was just as excited to befriend and play with pals. As my Lola grew older, she developed medical issues and my attention and all the time I could give,was directed only towards her. Therefore, I took a pause to spend time with her and give her all I could. Her time, to join the rest of angel friends, came on December 17th, 2025. I came back to Rover simply because I miss the company of the most pure soul and my best friend of 13 years. About: My parents close friends/family members and even some of my best friends have trusted me to watch overnight their pets such as dogs and cats,etc and along with boarding them at our house as the owners were out of town. I have lots of personal experience with my own pets, along with experience with dog watching and walking dogs outside my family dog. I grew up living with dogs and have always had a passion for animals and would love to be able to take care of peoples furry friends. I have a part time job currently so weekdays would be best since some shifts I get off in the afternoon so most evenings I’m free so if I know in advanced when people need me that would be great to work around my schedule. Some mornings I am also free. We have a big back yard but it does not have a fully fenced in yard due to our garage but it is safe and we have a leash to attach dogs too so they can be safe while also roaming in the yard. We also have a dog bed too. Not many toys because our dog is getting older but we can provide treats if needed and make sure they have everything they need. They will also have a furry companion which is our dog Bella. Whenever I watch a dog at someone else’s home I make sure to check and see what instructions they leave for me, make sure they are fed and let outside, and also make sure they are played with.

I'm relatively new to Rover and have only had a few clients so far, but I am not new to the pet scene. Please let me know if there are any issues with gaurding, anxiety, reactivity, handling, accidents, toy obsession or anything else that might be important to know or watch out for, as it is important to me to keep your pets and mine safe and free from incidents. I want you AND your pet to be comfortable and will do my best to accommodate for their care. It can be stressful for pets to be away from home andI want to minimize in that as much as possible! I live in an apartment, so space can be limited. Because of this, I only book one client at a time and will turn off my availability to new clients if I have a new repeating client, as I like to take time to get to know each pet that comes in our home especially if they will be returning often. Both of my dogs are friendly and great with new dogs, they love to play and help provide lots of exercise for new friends! We have shelves on the walls for the cats, if they'd prefer to be away from the dogs, and a special space that is off limits to the dogs, so the cats have a place to relax if they don't want to be bothered.

If you are comfortable with your kiddos being home at night to sleep during times I work, that is an option. For smaller pets I can always make it so they can hangout with me at work. I offer pet sitting over nights, drop ins, and walks. I cannot currently board at my home since I have my own pets, but will do whatever I can to make sure your family pets are safe and happy while in my care!
