“Justine and Brett were amazing to work with. We were first time rover users and from the first message I sent they were great with communicating and setting up the booking. They were super friendly and welcoming. You can also be confident that with Justine’s background working with pets she knows what questions to ask to take the best care of your dog and they really do treat your dog like their own. One of my favorite parts was how they sent pictures of our dog playing and kept us updated throughout the weekend. Highly recommend and we will be booking again!”

“Amberley and Matt were great to meet and work with for boarding our dog Stella. You do not always know in advance how your dog and other dogs will be compatible. We received daily updates of walks , acitivity , pics , and compatibility. Thanks Amberley and Matt for taking such good care of Stella while we were away. —- Peter”

“Susan, David and their son,Jack, were conscientious caregivers for our dog. They asked questions to make sure they understood her needs and preferences. We received updates with pictures of her walks and outside play. We would highly recommend their service.”

“Jo'elle took care of Jack for 2 weeks. She sends us pictures everyday. She is very flexible and responds right away. Will definitely use her services again. Thank you Joelle!”

“Will was amazing with our dog! He met her before the weekend and instantly made our nervous puppy calm and trusting. She loved spending time with Will and was happy and tired when she came home. We will definitely rebook!”

“Due to a death in the family that required out of town travel, I booked care for my two dogs with Valentina and could not be happier with the care she provided. Not only was she able to arrange a meet and greet on the same day of my inquiry, but she sent pics of my pups daily and maintained contact consistently with me while they were in her care. Rosie and Alex were happy and fully cared for by Valentina during their stay. I’ll definitely book with her again!”

“Arielle was wonderful with Charlie! She kept me updated, took great care of him, and made sure he felt comfortable. I really appreciate her kindness and patience. Highly recommend!”

“Sarah was excellent! She sent us photos and updates of our dog Gus while we were out of the country for two weeks. She was understanding and able to care for our senior dog with special needs. Would highly recommend!”

“Amanda & Anton are both so amazing to work with! They have a lot of great experience with various types of dogs and got my dog assimilated into their clan seamlessly. I was very impressed as my dog is often mopey whenever I leave and has had issues with some dogs and cats in the past. The got him to be part of the family in less than 24 hours and he has a great weekend away! My dog is also special needs and has a lot of food allergies. They did a great job handling all his various medications and feeding routine. Their attention to detail and care for his needs made me feel better to leave him for the weekend and I felt very confident that he was in good hands.”

“I so appreciate Kim’s care of Mia. She communicates often. This was Mia’s first time with her, and Mia’s second time away from us. She worked with her to get Mia to eat. Slowly but surely Mia started to trust her. When I picked her up, she wanted belly rubs from Kim! That’s huge! I am so very appreciative that I’ve found someone to love on her too. We’ve found our person ❤️.”

“We had to leave our 4 yr old golden doodle boy with Matthew & Michelle for a week. This was his very first time without our company since he was brought home from the breeder 4 years ago. We were pretty worried if he could adjust himself to an absolutely new environment. But we were relieved with the care that Matthew & Michelle provided to our baby. First of all, they provided us a very flexible time to drop off and pick up, and then sent us the updates and photos every day. They allowed him to freely stay anywhere in the house just the way how he does at his own home. They walked him couple times a day, played with him in their backyard with his favorite toy, took him to the Memorial Day parade, allowed him to lay next to them while they were working, and gave him new toys to play. We could tell easily that how comfortable Simba felt staying with Matthew & Michelle! Thank you so much Matthew & Michelle for your excellent job on taking care of Simba! We are so grateful that we found you as Simba’s first sitter! Will definitely ask for your help watching Simba in the future! THANK YOU!!!”

“My usual sitter had an emergency & had to cancel on us. I found Rover.com & Edgar came to our rescue!! He was extremely accommodating with last minute plans for our two pups!! He has a beautiful fenced back yard & family that also helped to make our fur babies feel more at home. I could tell from update photos & messages daily that my boys were being well taken care of. Highly recommended!! Thanks again, Edgar & fam ❤️”

“Michelle did an excellent job taking care of our little guy! We booked her last minute and she was so accommodating. She sent great pictures while we were away, which is always so appreciated. Would highly recommend and will definitely book again!”

“It was such a relief to meet Lynda and Paul! It was our first time using Rover and I was very apprehensive. After our meet n great, I felt so comfortable and knew my dog would be well cared for. When I picked Louie up at the end of the weekend, he was calm and happy. I will definitely use Lynda, again!”

“Rosie's love and care for our two dogs, Charlie and Peanut, was excellent. We boarded our ten-year-old special-needs dog (Peanut) and our fourteen-year-old senior dog (Charlie) for a few days with Rosie. She was able to administer medications and handle the different needs of each dog. We also greatly appreciate the help of Rosie's little dog, Bella and her daughter, Ruby. We have already booked a second boarding stay with Rosie due the confidence we have in her care for our doggies. Hooray!”

“This was our second time leaving Maggie with Robert, and once again, it was a great experience. He sent regular updates with videos and pictures, which made it so easy to feel comfortable while we were away. Maggie got tons of playtime and socialization with the other pups, and she came home happy and tired. We really appreciate the care Robert gives her and will definitely book with him again in the future!”

“Kent was available at a weeks notice and fast to respond. Immediate rapport with our dog, very attentive and asked questions to make sure he knew exactly what to do in terms of food, medication, etc. Very positive experience, definitely recommended.”

“Elise and her pupster Maude are the best. Lots of photos, fun outings and Josie was exhausted when I got home allowing me to get in some post vacation rest too! Josie can’t wait to go back!”

We had such a great experience with Edgar watching Koa over Labor Day weekend! Koa seemed right at home from the start—he ate well, got lots of playtime with Edgar’s kids and their dog London, and seemed so happy and comfortable when we picked him up. Edgar was incredibly thoughtful about the whole process and even set up a meet-and-greet beforehand so Koa and London could get to know each other and so we could see the space and feel comfortable leaving Koa there. He was kind, communicative, and genuinely caring, and kept us updated throughout the weekend. We wouldn’t hesitate to have Edgar watch Koa again!

Robert did a great job with our weimaraner Geddy. He gave him lots of good exercise and worked with Geddy’s quirks. Robert kept us updated throughout our trip. I would highly recommend him and we will definitely plan to use him in the future. Thanks for everything Robert.

Ashley was incredible! She sent an update with pictures every evening so we knew what they were up to and gave peace of mind while missing our girl. She was so attentive to Winnie - Let us know when her ear seemed to bother her and was down to clean her ears and offered to go purchase solution if needed. She checked with us prior to be sure Winnie could have a piece of Thanksgiving turkey and even got her a special toy during her own errand run which she still carries around. Couldn’t have asked for a better sitter! Would recommend to anyone!
