About: I been taking of pets since in high school from my own to my neighbors. I love being around animals.it’s a joy to be able to care for pets. There will be at least 2-3 walks a day along side of taking them out to potty. Your pet will be teeter like part of the family , spoiling them with lots of goodies and love. I’m on leave from work so I have plenty of time to devote to your pet. I am up bright and early every day so I would be spending time with pets most of the day. I have teenager boys who love helping out with animals and being around them. I have back area where I can set areas of play up for pets.

At the end of the day he doesn't want to leave. Some people think that having my puppy go to day care is an extravagance, but these months are critical in the emotional development of all dogs. About: We lost our cocker spaniel of 13 years about 2 years ago so I love to take care of dogs now that we don’t have a dog to pamper. About: Ever since I was 17 I’ve been taking care of dogs from family friends to school friends! Ive had over 7 dogs of my own and have trained most of them with my brothers help! I do work at an animal hospital so I’m qualified to give medications as well as being able to notice and take care of minor medical situations like digestive issues. I’m able to give nail trims and do eat and eye cleanings do to my experience with my 3 Maltese and I’m able to handle bigger breed dogs with a lot of energy since I have had several pit bulls and retrievers! I’m always keeping parents updated since I know how much we miss our fur babies! Very open to accommodations! About: I trained my German Shepherd, Dakota, and taught him all 25 of the tricks that he knows! I have trained and lived with that 80lb pup with behavioral issues, so I am confident even with the biggest, craziest dogs! I have a soft spot for big dogs because of Dakota, but I also grew up with 3 Chihuahua mixes and a Border Collie which cemented my love for dogs of all sizes and temperaments! During the school year, I have college classes Monday through Thursday every week, but they are spread out if I needed to let any dogs out or take them for brisk walks in between! On the weekends, I don’t ever have a strict schedule. In the summer, my availability varies moreso by week! I let the animals warm up to me first before petting, picking up, or feeding, as to keep them as comfortable as possible. I love playing with cats and dogs indoors or outdoors. I have lived in Wheaton for my entire life, so I know the Wheaton area and all of its surrounding towns very well so I can take pets on longer or shorter walks as need be!

About: My wife, son and I have taken care of pets our entire lives. Currently, we have only one elderly cat with special medical needs. Recently retired, we would love to adopt a dog but our frequent travel (to visit grandchildren) makes that a challenge. That travel helps us understand the stress and anxiety of leaving a pet in the care of others. We enjoy walking and playing with dogs (and cats!) and enjoy being in our yard, which opens to a field in the back, perfect for fetch. We will fill the day with a lot of activity and attention in a safe and secure environment. We are home full time and will have plenty of opportunity for walks, play time and potty breaks. During the school year, but my wife and I are home... and in summer months, our young-adult son will help as well. We have a spacious yard but it is not fenced so we would keep your dog on a long leash while outside. At night, we can easily crate, depending on the pet-parents preferences.

About: I've taken care of pets ever since I was a kid. When I was in high school, my family hosted dogs of all sizes, including one of my favorites, a Burnese Mountain Dog named Ruby. Lately I've had the chance to watch my brother's two dogs (as seen in my bio pics) when he travels. I work a semi-active full time job over the week, with plenty of energy to spare when I'm not working. I am fully available over the weekends from Friday evening straight through to Sunday! I also am free on weekdays for walks or drop-ins as long as it's before 7:30 am or after 5 pm. Your dog will stay in a cozy, smoke-free condo where they are welcome on the furniture and bed. While I don't have a yard, I love taking long, frequent walks around the neighborhood. For their comfort and safety, I host one family at a time and ask that owners provide the dog's preferred bed or crate if possible

“WOW I cannot say enough about Danielle. I have a skittish greyhound who has terrible separation anxiety and wasn’t sure how she would handle being away from us for a few days. Immediately upon meeting Danielle I felt welcomed into her home and it was obvious immediately how much she loves dogs. She assured me that she would even sleep with our dog on the couch at night to make sure she wasn’t too anxious. That’s top quality care to me!
