They did a great job handling all his various medications and feeding routine. We were pretty worried if he could adjust himself to an absolutely new environment. But we were relieved with the care that Matthew & Michelle provided to our baby. First of all, they provided us a very flexible time to drop off and pick up, and then sent us the updates and photos every day. They allowed him to freely stay anywhere in the house just the way how he does at his own home. They walked him couple times a day, played with him in their backyard with his favorite toy, took him to the Memorial Day parade, allowed him to lay next to them while they were working, and gave him new toys to play. We had such a great experience with Edgar watching Koa over Labor Day weekend! Koa seemed right at home from the start—he ate well, got lots of playtime with Edgar’s kids and their dog London, and seemed so happy and comfortable when we picked him up. Edgar was incredibly thoughtful about the whole process and even set up a meet-and-greet beforehand so Koa and London could get to know each other and so we could see the space and feel comfortable leaving Koa there. He was kind, communicative, and genuinely caring, and kept us updated throughout the weekend. We wouldn’t hesitate to have Edgar watch Koa again!
