“Matt and family were incredibly great to my pet, Peanut. Mine is a super nervous and shy cockapoo mix who is on anti-anxiety medication. The family was welcoming and understanding. They followed all our recommendations to keep peanut comfy and even gave him a soft fur blanket to make him feel home. They took him out for plenty of walks even during those freezing days. Bless their heart! They shared plenty of pictures and kept us updated about peanut. It was nice to see my peanut hanging out with their pets pepper and peanut. We were at a wedding out of town with our 5 kids, which we were all participating in, so it was pretty hectic. I was very impressed as my dog is often mopey whenever I leave and has had issues with some dogs and cats in the past. The got him to be part of the family in less than 24 hours and he has a great weekend away! My dog is also special needs and has a lot of food allergies. They did a great job handling all his various medications and feeding routine. We had a great experience with Paige! She was wonderfully communicative, sending us regular updates and photos so we knew our pup was happy and cared for. She was also super flexible when we were running ahead of schedule, allowing us to pick him up early. Her responsiveness and kindness made the whole process stress-free.
