“omg! I can't describe how happy I am to find Robynn, my little princess was so happy my little dog loves her so much. Robynn, she is so sweet she is very loving with all the puppies. Thank you so much Robynn!🥰🥰🥰🥰”

“I had never boarded my little 13 year old dog. When I had my Meet and Greet with Eric, Mollie jumped up next to him and cuddled. I knew then that she picked Eric. I was gone for a week over the 4th of July and Eric took amazing care of her even with the fireworks. As far as I am concerned I will never leave her with anyone else when I need a sitter.”

“I highly recommend Justine and Brett to care for your dogs. They have a beautiful family of 4 children who showered my two dogs (a Boxer and a mix breed) with love and affection. They came home so tired and content. This was the first time they were away from home so I was a little afraid of how they would act. I was told they behaved and I hope that was true. I would not hesitate for a minute to use Justine and Brett again.”

“Pandora had such a great time! My American Bulldog can be a handful sometimes, but Danielle made her feel right at home. I got daily updates and photos, which really put me at ease while I was away. It was clear she was well cared for and loved during her stay. I highly recommend and will definitely be booking with her again!”

“So happy with Kaya’s stay at Elise’s house. Her dog and Kaya got along so well. Elise provided us updates throughout the stay, which put us at ease. Definitely coming back for more stays! Highly recommend”

“Ashley was wonderful and truly incorporated our dog into her household! She is flexible and communicative and treated our puppy as if he were a family member. Grigs got lots of attention and playtime and walks—he was very tired when I picked him up!”

“Anton and Amanda were wonderful with Griffy! He seemed to have a great time with them and their family! They sent pictures daily and updated me with how he was doing. They kept him safe and happy and were very easy to correspond with. Highly recommend!”

“Selena is quick to respond and so easy to work with! You can tell that she really loves animals - I completely trusted her with my greyhound, Dahlia. Would 100% rebook!”

About: I started dog sittng in college for my professors and quickly grew to love it. I've gained experience walking, feeding, and caring for dogs, and I bring these skills to my own pets as well. I'm excited to provide the same care and attention to your dog while you're away. I work from home, so my schedule is flexible and I can accomodate your need. I also offer pickup and drop-off services for a small fee. I have a fenced yard providing a secured space for your dog to play and relax. I also have a senior male Australian Shedperd who loves to play with other dogs, so your pet will have a friendly companion during the stay.
“Our dog Marty had a wonderful stay at Maria’s house. He was all smiles when we picked him up. I would recommend Maria to anyone who likes their dog to have fun interacting with other dogs.”

“Patricia took amazing care of Zoey. She was great with sending us video and photo updates which gave us peace of mind. I highly recommend Patricia and look forward to having her watch Zoey again.”

About: Hello! We absolutely love all dogs. We have a beautiful 4 year old Weimaraner who we came into our life as a pup. We also have had two prior to her. We are comfortable with all aged dogs from the feisty puppies to the more quiet seniors. We have lots of experience with young puppies, senior dogs who need medication (oral pills or otherwise), and shy or energetic dogs. Linda even worked as a Vet Tech in high school and was a dog walker in college. We both are retired and love to sit outside with our dog and go for walks. As a visitor to our home, we are open to whatever method you employ for your dog’s safety. We have experience with crate training and are happy to continue those practices if you wish. Otherwise, your dog is free to roam our fenced yard and home. We are both retired, so have lots of time for your pup. Our dog always gets to go out whenever she wants. So will yours. We usually walk our dog in the morning afternoon and evening. If your dog is up to that, we will have her join us. We have a fenced in yard for the dogs to enjoy whenever they want. Our house is very dog friendly. Our dogs are allowed on the furniture. We do not leave any food out and have a dog proof garbage can too.
“Pallvi and her family are fantastic! This is our second time leaving our two dogs with them and the experience continues to be great. If you or someone you know is looking for a family to look after your furry friends, my wife and I cannot recommend Pallvi and her family enough.”

“Penny was amazing! I left my pup, Ginger, with her for 2 weeks while we were out of country. Penny sent pictures of Ginger and made sure she had plenty of activity. I even noticed that Ginger had lost a few pounds that she needed to lose! I would highly recommend Penny!”

“Matthew & Michelle took such wonderful care of our Lola while we were on vacation for a week. They took her on multiple walks a day, played catch with her, and gave her lots of love. They sent daily updates and fantastic pictures. Lola found her home away from home!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - West Chicago
Mr. and Mrs. John S. were amazing with our senior dog. Our dog needs some accommodations because of his age and they did not hesitate to go above and beyond to exceed our expectations. We loved all of the daily pictures and videos they provided. It really put our minds at ease. When we picked him up, he didn't even want to leave! We would highly recommend them for your dogs!
This is now our 4th time leaving our dog in Robynn's care. She takes excellent care of him and I never worry while he's with her. I appreciate the updates and videos Robynn shares daily and I can see that our dog is comfortable and enjoys the environment. Also, he is on several medications and I really appreciate Robynn's great care with administering his meds.

Sheila truly loves the dogs she watches! While she was watching my German shepherd someone was shooting off fireworks nearby. She let him lay on her so he could stay clam, he is over 100lbs! Will definitely book with her again, I could see through the pictures she sent that he had a blast and was very comfortable with her!

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
