“Robynn was absolutely incredible, and I truly cannot recommend her enough. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to make sure both my dogs and I felt completely comfortable. She provided detailed updates throughout the stay, including messages, photos, and videos, which gave me so much peace of mind. It was clear in every interaction how much she genuinely cares for the dogs she watches. She was also very thoughtful in checking in with me, asking questions about my dog’s eating habits and behaviors to make sure everything she was seeing was normal. That level of attention and communication meant so much to me. What really stood out was how she stepped in during a last-minute situation when my original boarding plans fell through. Despite the short notice, she made time for a quick meet and greet and handled it so professionally and thoughtfully. She introduced the dogs one at a time to ensure they were comfortable and compatible, which immediately reassured me that my dogs were in the best hands. You can truly tell that Robynn loves what she does and treats every dog like her own. I felt completely at ease leaving my dogs with her, which is priceless. I will absolutely be rebooking with her and highly, highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, attentive, and reliable sitter.”
