About: As a dog mom to an English bulldog, I’m no stranger to the extra love, wrinkles, and specialized hygiene our unique pups need. I’m here to treat your fur baby like family, whether they’re a high energy explorer or a sweet soul recovering from surgery. I have plenty of experience with daily medications and hands on wound care, so you can rest easy knowing they’re in safe, capable hands. I’m comfortable and confident handling big, 50+ lb reactive pups on their walks. I’d love to bring my mix of specialized care and genuine heart to your pet’s routine! I’m currently in the middle of a career change and back in college. Until my program officially starts, I have plenty of free time to fill with your pup. At my home, I have a small fenced in yard. Behind the yard is a huge field that is great if your dog is ok being off leash. When at your home, I will always follow boundaries and guidelines set in place by you. I strive to make sure dog parents can be away from home and not have to worry about their pet. On a walk, I stay off my phone to ensure safety around us.
About: I've had and have cared for dogs since very young. I have worked with professional trainers to train my dogs. I plan to become a certified dog trainer. I can take your dog for a slow walk to allow for time to explore or I can do a long vigorous walk to expend energy. I also have a dog stroller for dogs that can't walk far but want to enjoy the great outdoors. If your dog or puppy is learning basic obedience, I can work on the commands during our walk. I am currently working part-time and am available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridats. Would love to meet your dog(s) and see if it's a good fit. I have a fenced yard and two friendly dogs. I'll provide lots of exercise and love with plenty of petting and cuddles. I can work on basic training if you wish.
“So happy we chose Maggie to watch our cat! We have an older kitty that doesn’t like to use her pan and requires medicine. Maggie sent us pictures everyday and took excellent care of our cat.”

About: Anyone who knows me, knows that I LOVE DOGS! I treat every single dog I see like they're my own. Not just family/friends dogs, but I love interacting with and playing with dogs that I even see in other countries. As a sitter, I have confidence that I will be able to learn and match your dog's personality as well as meet their needs and routines to make them feel comfortable. My first dog, Maya, I got when I was only 9 years old and have had experience raising her until she grew old. I understand and have the patience, knowledge and capacity to take care of your dog as a sitter. I'm a dependable, attentive, and organized individual that would be extremely happy to take care of your dog! I'm currently in school, but am open to walk or take care of dogs afterwards on weekdays or weekends! On weekdays, it would be after 7pm. On weekends, it would be anytime. Safety and well-being is my top priority in my home and in your home. I ensure that I will follow the routines that you have for your dog as well as meet their every need while I am caring for them. On top of this, I promise that I will provide your dog with the same, if not more, love that you give them! I want you to feel stress-free as you trust me to take care of your doggo. This will be done by creating a safe, trustworthy environment wherever your doggo and I go!
About: My dad used to be a forest officer(now retired). Therfore have grown up with lots of pets including dogs, turtles, parrots, and rabbits. I have a 15 year old dog in India whom I took great care of. We have never sets rules or restrictions for him and he is still healthy and living his best life with my parents now. Currently working full time as a PT but usually get off work on Fridays at 4 and usually available to take bookings over the weekend. I live in a community house so we have a common yard. It is not fenced. Regarding inside of home I treat pets as a family member.
About: My family and I love dogs. We also love cats, but unfortunately I’m allergic to them. We’ve raised three dogs over the years and currently have a 4-year-old Golden Retriever named Jax. I pretty much work from home and have a 4 year old Golden Retreiver named Jax so our routine is already made for a dog. I have a fenced in back yard. Your dog will have a playmate in Jax. I enjoy going out and playing fetch with Jax although he's not much of a fetch guy. He enjoys me faking like I'm going to chase him and then he gets the zoomies and runs around the yard like a crazy boy.

Amazing experience with Maggie. I really can’t say enough good things about it. She was punctual, flexible, communicative, and kept me updated on everything for my dog. She is competent, responsible, and followed the care for my dog exactly as I had described. It really set my mind at ease while I was across the country. I will definitely look to hire Maggie again.

Selena is truly someone you want to watch your pets when away. When we leave we know our pets are being welled cared for as well as the house! Selena is very responsive and tries to work around schedules! So do not hesitate and go take that trip without worrying if your pets are ok.

Mya was amazing from the moment we and the dogs met her. She was very friendly and tentative to the dogs, asked a lot of questions to make sure she was taking care of them as we would! Mya was very easy to communicate with and was also accommodating to our very hectic schedule! We will definitely be booking with her again and if you care about your pets you should book with her as well!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
To find sitters in Hanover Park with recurring or weekly availability, select "Repeat Weekly" and which days you’d like them to care for your pet.
